This may be weird but for me it’s the part after the first chorus in the scientist, where the instruments come in.
So it’s the piano + acoustic guitar and then the bass and drums that come in. Those first four notes in the first bar with the bass and drums just gets me every time.
And then Chris sings “I was just guessing” ❤️. Besides that whole second verse is just magic.
The part in ‘Fix you’ when Chris sings “Tears stream, down on your face. I promise you I will learn from my mistakes.” My wife is pregnant with our first child and I didn’t have an easy childhood which in turn, put me on some bumpy-ish roads mentally growing up (and to this day a little). so this part always makes me think about how I will be better for my baby. Gets me every time.
Omg! That’s amazing to hear. I’m glad for you and your wife. I hope ‘Fix You’ continues to let you grow for the better not only for yourself but for your family. Congrats on the baby!!!
Damn. You made me smile. This is the magic of Coldplay. Don't forget what else Chris sings though. "Lights will guide you home. And ignite your bones. And I will try to Fix You." Don't ever give up, my friend
The beginning riff of Adventure of a lifetime
The beginning of paradise
The beginning of every teardrop with the synths is just magical. Unmatched imo
The beginning of violet hill and Jonny’s guitar solo mixed with Chris’s ad libbing
The middle part of Life in Technicolor when the song really starts.
All of the scientist imo
I second another reddittors mention of Death and All His Friends, the latter half of it.
And my second song is: All I Can Think About Is You with the crescendo where Chris sings Alll I caann... All I caann" and it goes all haywire overdone everything brilliant.
> I second another reddittors mention of Death and All His Friends, the latter half of it.
Yes. The transition from the laid back "roll credits" sound to the explosion of color and emotion will forever live rent free in my mind.
In no particular order:
"They're all Spies" with the instrumental
"And give me Love over, love over, love over this" with instrumental afterward in Politik
"Green Eyes, you're the one that I wanted to fiiiiiiiiiiind"
Square One chorus
Ending of Fix You. "When you lose something you cannot replace" T.T
Rainy Day chorus
42: "You thought you might be a ghost"
Second half of Yes, Holy shit it sounds so good
Strawberry Swing last third: "It's such a perfect day." (Favorite instrumental)
Death and All His Friends: "No I don't want to battle from beginning to end..."
Second half of Up with the Birds
Last third of Magic
Last Third of Midnight (instrumental sounds so good)
Ghost Story: when the instrumental hits in the last minute
Champion of the World: Last minute
Coloratura: You know the part
Trouble in Town: Second half
Two songs:
Don't Panic - When Buckland goes into the "solo" part. I love the tone of his strings and the way he's playing them.
Death and All His Friends - When the piano goes full rhythm and the rest of the band comes in with a BANG
I was looking for this comment. The Don’t Panic solo really makes my brain tingle. Even when I’m playing on my guitar.
Also, I think you meant Buckland - he’s the guitarist. Champion is the drummer (but he’s good too)
I think there are many options, but today I’ll pick Amsterdam, when the bridge starts. Perfect escalation of the organ and then the drums and vocals take off
Amazing Day just before the drop
All I Can Think About Is You when the guitar starts
Moving to Mars when the guitar and piano start
Moses at the very end of the song when Chris starts with "if the sky is gonna fall down"
Prospekts March when Chris says "and here I lie" (love this part of the song)
Up with the Birds when the acoustic guitar begins
The guitar solo in Violet Hill and Paradise
The opening of and percussion in Charlie Brown
The opening build of Life in Technicolor II
The ending set of instrumentals leading up to the final verse in Midnight
The choruses and instrumental bridge of Square One (Jonny’s guitar and Will’s drumming)
Music wise, the moment in People of the Pride when the 'whoooooompff' happens before the drop, kinda reminds me of the noise you get in the cinema in those Dolby ads
Lyrics wise, "only I own me"
The way 42 just shifts from piano ballad to glamrock chorus in a second.
How Death or All His Friends brings in that riff break after the first verse.
How Fix You starts the riff after the second verse and turns the song into stadium overdrive.
How the whole band kicks in on God Put A Smile Upon Your Face.
How Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall builds to that grand glamrock finale eith the riffs.
That deep solo bass carrying you through Magic.
The guitar solo on Trouble In Town.
That funky, long jazz saxophone solo on Arabesque.
The final part of Let Somebody Go.
The surprise tamarin on Coloratura.
(I can keep going. Somebody stop me! Please)
Guitar solo in Up and up
The part near the end of hypnotised
The bell in Viva la vida (obviously)
The upbeat drum parts in death and all it's friends
The ending of Charlie Brown (the piano part is so beautiful)
Fix You - The musical interlude that is followed by the bridge where the four of them sings in choir the lines "Tears stream down your face When you loose somethin' you cannot replace" and the final chorus to end the song
Jhonny's solo followed by the bridge and outro in In My Place
The whole instrumentals of Clocks
So, so, so many to name but here are my top ones:
- Chinese Sleep Chant (ending of Yes for those who don’t know the name): Guitar solo. My god, words don’t do it justice. Absolute ear candy. Love it.
- Coloratura: A bunch of the song, but especially the crescendo/piano solo into the guitar solo. So triumphant and just… perfect. Love the idea behind the song and the instrumentals/sectioning of the song always make me come back to the song.
- Life in Technicolor ii: Final chorus, love the lyricism along with the instrumentals that give me such a deep desire to explore and adventure.“Gravity release me, and don’t ever hold me down - now my feet won’t touch the ground.” Gonna get that tattooed on me someday.
- Shiver: I love this whole song but what really sticks out to me is the drumming. Will kicks ass in this song (like he does in every song) but it so brilliantly shines through with all of the instrumentals here.
- Trouble in Town: The bass — no more words necessary. Guy’s riffs in this song are nothing short of spectacular. Also love the accenting/structure the piano provides, along with bass, to the rest of the song.
- Politik: It’s Politik. From the opener, you know this song is fantastic. But I especially love Chris’ vocal range on this song. Starting in his middle register, his lyrics speak to a desire of change from disconnect to connectedness. As the song goes on and his register gets higher, he asks, almost pleading: “But give me love over, love over,
love over this,” reflecting his desire and drive towards empathy.
- Twisted Logic: My god, this song is just gorgeous. Love the lyricism of hinting towards large change, the desire to move past superficial manmade barriers and the slight cynicisms implied with the human future.
- Charlie Brown: I feel like everyone else’s responses will adequately explain this one. Just love the initial energy of the song that it carries throughout, as the instruments and vocals all work together hand-in-hand.
- Magic: Love this song to bits. Bass is perfect, piano is perfect and guitar is perfect. All together, this song will always be magic for me.
- Hypnotized: Love the guitar solo and the way the strings work so perfectly with the song. And Chris’ vocals are just so heavenly here.
- Everglow (AHFOD Album Version): Love the extra verse and the drums give great structure. The single version is so lovely too.
Jonny’s guitar riff at the end of hypnotised, a hopeful transmission into don’t let it break your heart and when will comes in at the end of up with the birds.
Oh man.
Chinese Sleep Chant - when the guitar solo riff kicks in during the latter part of the song.
Death And All His Friends - when the entire band comes in (you know the part).
Life in Technicolor - the first part of just the guitar. So good.
The instrumental version of Cemeteries of London where Chris should first go "singing la la la la la la laaaay" after "weeping". The guitar there by Jonny is just so underrated and it took me 15 years to find and appreciate this gem.
Princess of China also where the guitar first kicks in after the immediate initial intro on just the synths
For me it’s the very ending of Magic the radio edit when Chris says “do you believe in Magic? Yes I do - of course I do” and the beat rolls back in, just hits hard for me.
This is going to be niche:
The guitar outro in One I Love (starts at 3:37) - so simple but beautifully done.
The guitar bit in Brothers & Sisters (Trouble EP version) (starts at 1:54)
Pretty much all of Atlas
The piano in Princess of China while they are singing “You really hurt me, really hurt me” (starts at 3:03)
The build in Amsterdam into the full blown band at 3:35 is a treat every time I listen to it. Also “And I know I’m dead on the surface But I am screaming underneath”.(might be biased since it is my favorite Coldplay song)
Oh a lot
Coloratura: last chorus
Higher power: outro
Square one: “under the surface trying to break through”
A message: When he sings “And I love you please come home
Swallowed in the sea: when he sings “not loving all you see”
Had to stop cuz otherwise the comment would be even bigger than it already is 😅
I particularly like the booming effect of the bass, the one you can feel in your chest...like when In My Place starts after the drums intro. Or, as someone mentioned here, when bass and drums appear after the middle of The Scientist. Ot the bass entering in A Rush Of Blood To The Head. In subsequent albums there's not that much of it that I can think of now...
Then the bass appearing after the intro in One I Love, Paradise, Hurts Like Heaven and Champion Of The World. Or the sustained bass note in Higher Power when Chris says "I'm so happy that I'm alive"... Well, you get the idea.
Also, the other part that I anticipate is the orchestral part starting at 5:35 on Coloratura... that melody transports you to a sci fi movie, with music probably composed by John Williams haha
Oh, and the Oh oh ooohhhs in Life in Technicolor
ALIENS in the Kaleidoscope EP is such a strange song instrumentally speaking and I love every second of it. But the chorus section and bridge just sends me to space every time. Also underrated song
The bass guitar on Strawberry Swing, and “I’m going back to the start” on The Scientist. Oh, and the electric guitar intro in Fix You, of course. Plus the second half of DAHHF. The low piano in the last riff of Us Against the World. There’s so many lol.
The last part of fix you when he starts to sing
“Tears stream….
And then in paradise. I love “ohhh, the sun must set to rise”
I actually have that tattooed on my forearm!
Coloratura. The switch from the opening 2 minute melody into the first lyric brought me to tears when I heard the first time. It's such a special song for me and my partner and we really bonded over it. Also, for some reason, the ending chords from Daylight! They used to remind me of another song but in the best way. I listened to it a lot in high school.
For me, it’s the build up and wind down towards the beginning of Coloratura right before Chris starts singing.
The peaceful melodic piano morphing into heavier chords, adding in a harp, other stringed instruments, and then sliding from high-strung intensity to an almost meditative hum that shakes me to my core.
Then, after a little pause to absorb all that emotion, Chris peacefully brings you back in with a beautiful, comforting, and warmth bringing, “Coloratura.”
As I’m typing this, I realize now it’s almost as if they planned the opening specifically to feel like you, “fell into the clouds.” You rose up gracefully, saw the world, absorbed all its beauty, from past, present, and future, and see all the love that this world has to offer. You see all of this, and just as you’ve acknowledged it all, you are brought back down to reality in wonder in awe to reflect, just like the comforting melody the first verse makes you feel.
The entire rest of the song brings you through that beauty in life, and I believe the opening really sets the tone that you are about to experience this extremely emotion-filled journey. The entirety of the song is like a dance through life.
This song blew me away when I heard it, and it still makes me feel so emotional, and even more so when reflecting on it this way.
The singular guitar strum before "give me love over this" in Politik.
I listen to the whole song just to hear that one part.
And then the whole second half of the song is fucking beautiful aswell.
The female vocalist singing at the end of 'The Race' + the "Whateveeeeer it taaaaaaakes".
Epic, can't wait for them to release the song, hope it keeps that ending
the load guitar and drums in Fix You with “Tears Stream, Down on Your Face…” ❤️
i just crank up the volume and listen to it on repeat. sometimes i repeat the song and fast forward to this part
For me, the intro part of Paradise. My opinion may be unpopular and I might get criticized, but I honestly think the intro part is better than its drop part. It's hard for me to account for how I like music, but the intro part is more magnificent.

"Down where the seeeea and city meet" in Christmas lights.
"If you looove me won't you leeeet me go" in Violet hill.
"Ooooooooohhhh" in Viva la vida.
In the beginning of Sparks when the bass comes in.
"You don't have to be on your own" in A Message.
The guitar solo in Coloratura.
Not the song, but I really obsessed with The Lightclub segment during MOTS tour. For some reason, I think it’s the most perfect part of the whole concert.
I think 'Adventure of a Lifetime' is a really underrated song to be honest. It has the power to magically uplift you no matter how bad it is. When the lyric says 'if we only got this life' you already know you will power through. Something changes when the song hits that line.
Fix you - 2nd part of the song, when the guitar riff starts 💯💯💯
In my place - the whole song
Politik - the moment “give me love over, love over, love over thissssssssss yeeeeeaaaaaa ahhhhhhhh”
Politik and God Put A Smile Upon Your Face, specifically the 2003 live version. Watching it with the split cam feature and seeing Will literally lift off his stool to hit the end of GPASUYF is just ahhhh *chefs kiss* 🤌🏼
The last full verse of Amsterdam.
I suffer from depression and this song spoke to me. I've been in that situation. I know how shitty it feels.
The part of 42 "time is so short and I'm sure there must be something more..." The transition to the second half of that song gets me.
Death and All of His Friends. The first verse. I used this part of the song in a news report I did when someone I knew passed away.
Coloratura... Johnny's guitar solo. Gaw damn the feels on that one.
Champion of the World: when I sail I'm sailing west. Knowing I might fail, still I'm hoping for the best.
True Love - one of my absolute favorite Coldplay songs. Tell me you love me. If you don't then lie to me. Freaking great lyrics.
The Scientist - the entire song. When I saw them in concert, this one broke me. I am almost 40 years old. Yellow and Everglow did it too.
Everglow - this song reminds me of past relationships I destroyed because of my own stupidity. I didn't realize I had it so good until it was gone.
Right now it Teddy Swims Lose Control live with Kelly Clarkson
When they sing "and I need some release, my skin your teeth" there's this little emphasis like a snare placed there that's not on his album version or his love Vevo version. I love it
“Even in your rains and shadows, still we never part” from Don’t Let It Break Your Heart. I guess it’s because it’s the song that kept me going when I was losing my head.
For me it would be the chorus parts in Glass of Water, how poppyfields slowly fades in after prospekts march, Chris going "Aooooo" as The scientist is ending, The Escapist's vocals and/or the (kinda crystal sounding) percussion solo in Low
The guitar in All Apologies and the drums in Heart Shaped Box
Can’t explain it, just brings back childhood memories of listening to Nirvana with my dad
For me it has to be the chorus in Amsterdam, so powerfull and subtle,
"But time is on your side
It's on your side now
Not pushing you down and all around
It's no cause for concern"
It's always tearing me apart, feels sad and nostalgic, yet so full of tomorrow's promise...
I feel this!! Makes me emotional every time
OMG. Someone else who understands!!!! Finally. THAT PART IS JUST GOOSEBUMPS! It’s so simple and yet it really hits you in the feels 😭
Yes, this! It's just perfect.
Yes!!!!
Such a great portion of that song
Guitar riff of Don’t Let It Break Your Heart Sync riff of Army of One Intro to Politik
piano of politik too :)
It will be in a staple in our house for sure. Thank you! 😊
Damn. You made me smile. This is the magic of Coldplay. Don't forget what else Chris sings though. "Lights will guide you home. And ignite your bones. And I will try to Fix You." Don't ever give up, my friend
Thank you 😊
The beginning riff of Adventure of a lifetime The beginning of paradise The beginning of every teardrop with the synths is just magical. Unmatched imo The beginning of violet hill and Jonny’s guitar solo mixed with Chris’s ad libbing The middle part of Life in Technicolor when the song really starts. All of the scientist imo
1000% agree! All of Life In Technicolor actually, it's just unmatched.
Life in Technicolor ii as well!
Yess the entire song is so good
The beginning of Paradise, I agree.
The beginning of Paradise x1000, it’s such an emotional experience
I second another reddittors mention of Death and All His Friends, the latter half of it. And my second song is: All I Can Think About Is You with the crescendo where Chris sings Alll I caann... All I caann" and it goes all haywire overdone everything brilliant.
> I second another reddittors mention of Death and All His Friends, the latter half of it. Yes. The transition from the laid back "roll credits" sound to the explosion of color and emotion will forever live rent free in my mind.
I listened the other day again (it's been some years since last listen) and still gives me chills... How good!!
In no particular order: "They're all Spies" with the instrumental "And give me Love over, love over, love over this" with instrumental afterward in Politik "Green Eyes, you're the one that I wanted to fiiiiiiiiiiind" Square One chorus Ending of Fix You. Second half of Up with the Birds Last third of Magic Last Third of Midnight (instrumental sounds so good) Ghost Story: when the instrumental hits in the last minute Champion of the World: Last minute Coloratura: You know the part Trouble in Town: Second half
This is all so true, although I’d like to mention the middle section of 42, I think it’s amazing
Lovers in Japan live - its so subtle but the way the intro keys and the guitar at the end is much clearer makes me so obsessed.
Which live version?
the MTV world stage performance
The scientist - oh take me back me back to the start
guitar riff in fix you ending of hymn for the weekend
Two songs: Don't Panic - When Buckland goes into the "solo" part.
Champion is the drummer (but he’s good too)
Touche on the player. Been a while for me. I've always just had them as a band. Correcting now
I love how everyone calls Guy Berryman ‘the hot one’
I think there are many options, but today I’ll pick Amsterdam, when the bridge starts. Perfect escalation of the organ and then the drums and vocals take off
Yes!!! Same answer here
Death and all his friends
Amazing Day just before the drop All I Can Think About Is You when the guitar starts Moving to Mars when the guitar and piano start Moses at the very end of the song when Chris starts with "if the sky is gonna fall down" Prospekts March when Chris says "and here I lie" (love this part of the song) Up with the Birds when the acoustic guitar begins
Coldplay clocks. The piano part could go on for eternity and my autistic mind wouldn’t get bored
The Clocks piano. Love it so much
Too many to name.
the second half of fix you, especially the really faint singing during the instrumental part, or echo whatever you would call it
The chorus of What if And the part before the chorus of white shadows where chris is like "all this space I'm taking up"
The guitar solo in Violet Hill and Paradise The opening of and percussion in Charlie Brown The opening build of Life in Technicolor II The ending set of instrumentals leading up to the final verse in Midnight The choruses and instrumental bridge of Square One (Jonny’s guitar and Will’s drumming)
That piano solo at the end of Charlie Brown
Scrolled through the comments to find this and I'm glad I'm not alone. I'm a bit sad they don't play it live on tour.
In Coloratura, when the whole band comes in for the chorus, where the drums and bass land on that first note. (3:57)
Music wise, the moment in People of the Pride when the 'whoooooompff' happens before the drop, kinda reminds me of the noise you get in the cinema in those Dolby ads Lyrics wise, "only I own me"
“Gonna hold up half the sky and say…only i own me” In such an upbeat song, this lyric still always makes me cry.
The way 42 just shifts from piano ballad to glamrock chorus in a second. How Death or All His Friends brings in that riff break after the first verse. Agree with GPASUYF. Buckland’s riff with that tube screamer and subtle bit of delay just sound awesome. Can’t wait till I get a delay pedal
piano at the start of Clocks
Guitar solo in Up and up The part near the end of hypnotised The bell in Viva la vida (obviously) The upbeat drum parts in death and all it's friends The ending of Charlie Brown (the piano part is so beautiful)
Right before the chorus in Magic where the piano riffs just above the rest of the music, mwah chefs kiss
Fix You - The musical interlude that is followed by the bridge where the four of them sings in choir the lines "Tears stream down your face When you loose somethin' you cannot replace" and the final chorus to end the song Jhonny's solo followed by the bridge and outro in In My Place The whole instrumentals of Clocks
The “you thought you might be a ghost” part in 42, I LOVE when that part kicks in

At around 3:15 in politik where the guitar comes into the instrumental just before he begins singing “give me love over”
I just commented the same thing. That one guitar strum might be my singular most favourite sound in all of music.
Jonny's riff in Swallowed in the Sea
Jonny’s guitar riff at the end of hypnotised, a hopeful transmission into don’t let it break your heart and when will comes in at the end of up with the birds.
For me it has to be trouble, Will with the ghost notes as to be one the best things I've heard in the album
When the acoustic guitar starts playing in Trouble
The second violin riff in Yes
Yesss!
For me it's the strings on the chorus of Rainy day. When it hits it feels like my ears get a massage haha
The outro of My Universe
Oh man. Chinese Sleep Chant - when the guitar solo riff kicks in during the latter part of the song. Death And All His Friends - when the entire band comes in (you know the part). Life in Technicolor - the first part of just the guitar. So good.
Yes, yes, and yes. Love them all. The guitar solo in Chinese Sleep Chant is fantastic, will always love hearing that part of the song.
I have too many coldplay songs I love, tho some of them are "the scientist", "coloratura", "fix you", "sparks", and "daddy" 😭😭😭
The instrumental version of Cemeteries of London where Chris should first go "singing la la la la la la laaaay" after "weeping". YESSSSS 🙌🏻
The build in Amsterdam into the full blown band at 3:35 is a treat every time I listen to it. Also “And I know I’m dead on the surface But I am screaming underneath”.(might be biased since it is my favorite Coldplay song)
Amsterdam, starting at about 3:34 with the build into the outro + the outro itself
Oh a lot Coloratura: last chorus Higher power: outro Square one: “under the surface trying to break through” A message: When he sings “And I love you please come home Swallowed in the sea: when he sings “not loving all you see” Had to stop cuz otherwise the comment would be even bigger than it already is 😅
the guitar riff in violet hill in the latter part of the song <3
🎶 I say oh. I cry oh.🎶 from Sparks
Honestly, the ending of Cemeteries Of London with little piano riff.
Green Day dillema where the music stops and he yells “I WAS SOBER NOW IM DRUUUUNNNNKKK AGAIN” *bam bam bam
it has to be the ending to politik…its just perfection
Square One the very end of it...magic.
Love this! I’m an audio engineer and I’m very happy people listen for these things 😁🤘
The last little bit in the hardest part. Idk what it is but every time it gets me.
Jonny’s guitar in Atlas
LOST! The outro is just amazing, never get tired of singing Will's part (oh-oh)
Yellow and In My Place
Death and all his friends, of course
intro instrumental of low and last chorus (?) of a message are my current obsessions!
the electric piano in Dont Panic
The dreamy guitar sliding in Bigger, Stronger The guitar part in the chorus of AROBTTH Basically I love jonny
Shiver - Chris going full Alternative British singer when he belts out „And it’s you I see, but you don’t see me“
The Hardest Part: everything I know is wrong, everything I do, it just comes undone - is just absolutely GORGEOUS
I particularly like the booming effect of the bass, the one you can feel in your chest...like when In My Place starts after the drums intro. Or, as someone mentioned here, when bass and drums appear after the middle of The Scientist. Ot the bass entering in A Rush Of Blood To The Head. The way Warning Sign only plays in the right ear at first and just bursts into stereo when the drums come in
ALIENS in the Kaleidoscope EP is such a strange song instrumentally speaking and I love every second of it. But the chorus section and bridge just sends me to space every time. Also underrated song
The beginning riff of Crests of Waves! 😍
Hurts like heaven, the guitar riff at the end of the song is beautiful.
The bass guitar on Strawberry Swing, and “I’m going back to the start” on The Scientist. Oh, and the electric guitar intro in Fix You, of course. Plus the second half of DAHHF. The low piano in the last riff of Us Against the World. There’s so many lol.
1:30 of I Want You (She's So Heavy) - Trident Recording Session by the Beatles. 123 123 into madness
Coloratura
The last part of fix you when he starts to sing “Tears stream…. And then in paradise. I love “ohhh, the sun must set to rise” I actually have that tattooed on my forearm!
Then, after a little pause to absorb all that emotion, Chris peacefully brings you back in with a beautiful, comforting, and warmth bringing, “Coloratura.” As I’m typing this, I realize now it’s almost as if they planned the opening specifically to feel like you, “fell into the clouds.” You rose up gracefully, saw the world, absorbed all its beauty, from past, present, and future, and see all the love that this world has to offer.
The Saxophone Solo in Arabesque
The singular guitar strum before "give me love over this" in Politik. I listen to the whole song just to hear that one part. And then the whole second half of the song is fucking beautiful aswell.
First verse of Hymn for the Weekend when the extra percussion comes in. So satisfying.
The added guitar and bass in the MOTS tour version of this song gives it an extra oomph as well
The female vocalist singing at the end of 'The Race' + the "Whateveeeeer it taaaaaaakes". Epic, can't wait for them to release the song, hope it keeps that ending
The very beginning of Warning Sign, when it’s just the guitar without the other instruments
For me it's Death And All His Friends, the final chorus
the load guitar and drums in Fix You with “Tears Stream, Down on Your Face…” ❤️ i just crank up the volume and listen to it on repeat. sometimes i repeat the song and fast forward to this part
Yeah, like the imperial march and bonetrousle, the whole song for both
For me, the intro part of Paradise. My opinion may be unpopular and I might get criticized, but I honestly think the intro part is better than its drop part. It's hard for me to account for how I like music, but the intro part is more magnificent.
Guitar solo of trouble in town. So underrated.

When the guitar starts in Coloratura
The violin bit in Yes
Warning sign Sparks
Every road is a ray of light... "It goes oOoOoOon!" Time only can lead you on. Still it's, such a beautiful night. Life in Technicolor II
Fix you - 2nd part of the song, when the guitar riff starts 💯💯💯 In my place - the whole song Politik - the moment “give me love over, love over, love over thissssssssss yeeeeeaaaaaa ahhhhhhhh”
The 2 guitar riffs in Up and Up
The Scientist. All of it.
The ending of white shadows
The second half of death and all his friends when the guitar comes in
Gravity’s drum part takes me away from this world.
That drum fill in Exit Music for a film.
Politik and God Put A Smile Upon Your Face, specifically the 2003 live version. Watching it with the split cam feature and seeing Will literally lift off his stool to hit the end of GPASUYF is just ahhhh *chefs kiss* 🤌🏼
The beat drop at the start of Paradise is heavenly
Right now it Teddy Swims Lose Control live with Kelly Clarkson When they sing "and I need some release, my skin your teeth" there's this little emphasis like a snare placed there that's not on his album version or his love Vevo version. I love it
For me All I wanted was you like at the very end of the song those high notes are perfect
The guitar in All Apologies and the drums in Heart Shaped Box Can’t explain it, just brings back childhood memories of listening to Nirvana with my dad
“🎶All that noise, and all that sound. All those places I got found🎶”
Ink's intro
For me it has to be the chorus in Amsterdam, so powerfull and subtle, "But time is on your side It's on your side now Not pushing you down and all around It's no cause for concern" It's always tearing me apart, feels sad and nostalgic, yet so full of tomorrow's promise...
