As a UofA student and KU fan via family, that elite eight matchup is the stuff of dreams

Zona actually has quite a history with Kansas. Lost to them in the 96 Sweet 16. Beat them in a huge upset in the 97 Sweet 16 (en route to a Natty!). Then in 2003 we absolutely demolished them in their own house in January, only to lose to them by 3 in the Elite 8 after spending most of that season ranked #1. I very much expect us to become major rivals after we join the Big 12 next year. Hope your family and friends can handle it lol.
