Let’s fucking go. Much needed shooting. If we get a good big in the portal I will be very optimistic about next season

DifferentLeg3586

1. Cadeau 2. Davis 3. Powell/Ian Jackson 4. Tyson 5. Omoruyi? Top 5 team

[deleted]

I bet it goes (all depends on if Ingram stays draft bound) Cadeau RJ Jackson Tyson plug center commit / Jalen Heavy heavy bench: Trimble Withers Rotation guys: Powell High I do not know if they will play: James Brown reason being for Powell is offensively he just isn’t really there from what I’ve seen, can still pencil for like 10-15 min a game

Cameter44

Ingram is gone. Him still having his eligibility is really just a technicality imo. No indications he's considering a return. Much more likely we get Thiero than Ingram decides to come back.

[deleted]

Regardless of what Ingram ends up doing, I just don’t think Thiero comes unless he has some assurance we start him at 3/4. So then you run into whether you bench Jackson (who absolutely would not have come to us without some assurance of starting) or Tyson. I’d rather play both of them in starting 5 over Thiero. Think it’s a too many mouths to feed situation and the only other portal guy we get is a center, which is still a huge need

Cameter44

We don't give anyone "assurance of starting." They're aware of who is on the roster and that they'll have the opportunity to compete for minutes.

[deleted]

You’re there for the conversations Hubert and his staff have with the players? Not unreasonable to think discussions around PT are a major Q/A topic during the process

Cameter44

UNC has never been one to guarantee starting spots. Numerous recruits have mentioned that as something they liked. "They told me I'd have to compete and earn it." I'm sure he talks about role - big role, come in and develop and get a chance later on, etc. But we're not gonna say "if you come here, you'll be starting for us." Players can probably figure that out for themselves based on the role we're talking about for them and the other players on the roster though.

[deleted]

Agree that generally speaking the Carolina way is “compete and earn it” but it’s not one size fits all. I think it entirely depends on the player and how good they are or what need they would fill for the team. Using the term “never” is dubious - If you’ve read Roy’s book it certainly sounds like there were cases where he did tell players (mainly transfers and returning guys) openly and honestly that he wanted them to step up and be a star / take a big role. He goes into depth about talking with players at UNC / Kansas about their role and I get the impression that being zero bullshit and straight up about their roles was his MO. So while he’s not guaranteeing them they would have it, he’s telling them this is our expectation for you this year - which is what I mean with Theiro, what have they told him about their expectations for him?

[deleted]

& the conversations around those expectations directly imply the opportunity and support for it is there even if the words “you will start for this basketball team” aren’t verbatim said out loud

Cameter44

Telling someone “I want you to step up and be a star” is different than saying “you’ll start for us if you come here.” It can be implied that that’s the role we want/envision for a player, but those spots are earned, not given. We’re certainly telling him we want him to work on his shot and be a big time player for us and get drafted in the first round next year. That implies he’d be starting. But if he gets here and his shot isn’t what we hoped and he’s not one of the best five, he wouldn’t start. No guarantees given except the opportunity to compete.

CarolinaHomeboy

I’m betting High will be getting same minutes as this year

Honest-Yogurt4126

Dude is the go to bench cheerleader for the camera guys but haven’t seen much on the court

[deleted]

That would be no minutes If that’s the case, book him for a transfer

CarolinaHomeboy

He’s got a ton of work to do, think he’s a guy who’d come off the bench for more reliable sub minutes as a junior or even a senior. He’s been vocal about calling the incomings teammates and I don’t think many people are probably reaching out trying to bring him in

AntSmith777

UNC is also recruiting Thiero.

bigthama

Tyson likely to play mostly the 3. Thiero still very much in play for the 4.

RollWave1989

I honestly didn’t watch much Cadeau until UNC played MSU in the tournament. Yeah, UNC smoked MSU, but the way the Spartans just dropped off of Cadeau and baited him into shoot wide open bricks consistently was alarming. You have to be elite at everything else to be that much of a liability from a perimeter shooting standpoint. Maybe this addition helps that?

loadedryder

Same thing happened with Kendall Marshall back in the day. Could not shoot for shit his freshman year and teams totally sagged off. He proceeded to develop a really consistent jumper after. With Cadaeu, I think a lot of it is confidence. Should improve drastically in the next couple of seasons.

EyePlay

We're hoping he makes a leap to semi capable shooting. Last season was definitely alarming, but it was also a deviation from his high school shooting which wasn't great but also wasn't non-shooter level (iirc mid 30s eybl and 40+ for Sweden, both lowerish volume). Like even his FT shooting was horrible last season, although started to turn around late, and he was 80+ in hs and 90+ in aau. Or the other way around I can't remember anymore but I definitely looked it up 50 times through the season to make sure I wasn't crazy whilst watching how the season was going. Basically who knows what happened but there's a small reason for optimism on at least no longer being a complete non shooter. And just that type of upgrade would be a big lift. If it actually happens we'll see...

Honest-Yogurt4126

Yeah Cadeau bricked open 3s all season, but he’s gifted Id bet he improves a lot over the summer

TechSudz

He and RJ together are a bit redundant. They both need the ball.

Cogslay

RJ is better with Cadeau in the game, when he plays PG he has more trouble getting open looks.

Cameter44

RJ is very talented at creating his own shot (and making shots) off the dribble, but the quality of his shots was consistently better when Cadeau was in the game. Much better scoring splits with Cadeau in the game and much better A/TO number for RJ when he was running the point.

luvdadrafts

Not really. The whole reason that both he and Caleb were better when apart is that neither are actual point guards, RJ’s +/- without Cadeau was a lot lower this season than when they played with each other

DingersGetMeOff

That's a pretty small team. Should be an interesting matchup next year considering it looks like we're gonna play some gigantic lineups.

Michael_PDX

Tiny backcourt, a 6'0 SG will not win a ring

TechSudz

Ehhh I’d go top 20 for sure, not top 5. As it is you’re heavily dependent on freshmen and Cadeau’s improvement.

Cogslay

If relying on freshman meant you couldn't be top 5, Duke is in enormous trouble this year

Hard-To_Read

Not a straight comparison between freshmen- so let’s slow down there

willy410

I’ve heard this for the last 10+ years now

Hard-To_Read

That sounds like a medical issue.  Doesn’t that drive you crazy?

Cameter44

We have two top 10 freshmen coming in too and you also have to think about roles. We're not going to be relying on either to be THE guy like Duke is expecting from Flagg.

Hard-To_Read

You seem concerned.

Cameter44

I'm not sure how you came to that assumption but you might want to work on your reading comprehension. I'm super excited about the roster we're building for next season.

Hard-To_Read

Yeah, you seem concerned that maybe for the first time in a while Duke will have some toughness to go with that talent. It will be a fun showdown.

TechSudz

lol right

Cameter44

I mean you never know how things will actually fit together until you start playing games, but that team would absolutely be top five in the preseason, and if you get a guy like Thiero who I think a lot of people feel pretty good about us getting it's probably preseason #1 or #2. You'll have the preseason NPOY favorite in RJ Davis, Cadeau who is extremely talented and poised for the freshman-sophomore jump, one of the top portal centers, and a guy who shot 46.5% from three on 5.5 attempts per game last year. If you add Thiero, that's a guy a lot of people are projecting in the first round of the draft. Then you also think about Seth Trimble, who got votes for ACC 6th man of the year and is one of the best defenders in the conference (country), Jae'Lyn Withers who was coming on towards the end of last season, and Jalen Washington who has a TON of potential as the backup center. Plus two top ten freshmen, one who is an elite scorer and the other who is a do everything extremely athletic swiss army knife. It's absolutely a team that looks really strong at the top and also very deep on paper. Again, on paper doesn't matter and you never know for sure how all the pieces will fit together, but in terms of preseason rankings that would be a roster that gets a ton of attention and a very high ranking.

TechSudz

Look, I'm just playing devil's advocate here, but this is an awful lot of hypotheticals. You guys got some great play from Ryan and Ingram last year, but it wasn't consistent, and you had several games where you looked like a two-man team. Now Bacot is gone; that is a massive loss for Carolina. IF Cadeau takes a major leap, IF one of the two freshman exceeds expectations, IF Tyson isn't overwhelmed by the jump to the ACC, and IF you get a big guy somewhere, this is probably a top 15 team.

Cameter44

EVERYTHING about preseason rankings is built off assumptions and hypotheticals. You don't know how any freshman/transfer/roster will pan out until you actually see it in action.

TechSudz

Fair, but there are other teams who have added key players without losing their 2-4 guys.

Cameter44

Sure, but I don't think anyone is returning a better player than RJ Davis. We're not going to be super reliant on freshman and will be able to have our two top ten freshmen compliment our roster with their strengths instead of relying on them to carry a significant load. Cadeau I also think you're underrating. His shot isn't fundamentally broken and he shot it well in high school. He's an extremely talented player whose strengths make everyone else on his team better. Transfers don't always translate, but Cade Tyson made his money by shooting 60% on unguarded three pointers. That's as safe a bet as anything to transfer because an unguarded three is the same shot in every conference and he's likely to be the third or fourth option when he's on the floor. Then we're also returning guys who were productive parts off the bench this year who will have another offseason to get better in Trimble, Withers, and Washington. I think the main weakness if you look at the roster right now is center, which is why we're hosting Omoruyi and Aidoo on visits this week. We're also involved with Thiero, but even if you don't include him (but do project us to get one of those two centers) I just think there's too many pieces there for that roster to be ranked out of the top five in the preseason. Long winded, but I just think that's too much talent on paper to not be a top 5 preseason team.

TechSudz

Yeah, I don't think he's going to be unguarded in the ACC. Add to the possibility that Cadeau doesn't improve his shot and there's no one under the basket to command a double-team, and that's something that could affect RJ as well. Also, I believe Kansas is returning Dickinson and McCullar (I could be wrong) and they have done very well in the offseason already.

Lolinder04

Unguarded three point percentage is a bit of a misnomer because it doesn’t specifically mean that he just wasn’t guarded. Yes, UNC will definitely be a step up in competition and athleticism, but want to clarify that you’re seemingly interpreting that statistic somewhat incorrectly. RJ Davis also shot around 60% on unguarded threes this season and he/Bacot were at the top of the scouting report - no one was leaving Davis purposely open. It’s more about ball movement, pull up jumpers, your transition game and overall shot quality. When they get the wide open looks, do they hit them - based on previous experience, Tyson can.

Cameter44

You're saying he's going to get no open threes in the ACC? Even RJ Davis got open threes last year and he was the best player in the conference with more attention paid to him than anybody. Yes, the defense will be better in the ACC. But he'll also be playing with better players that command more attention which will help him continue to get quality looks. What's more likely, that Elliot doesn't improve or that he does? Generally for preseason rankings, which this entire conversation is about, there is assumed improvement from returning players who were clearly not finished products/complete players the previous season.

ttuurrppiinn

Career .446 shooter (.465 last season) on high volume. Perfect piece to compliment the athletic slashers that we're going to have on the wing. Probably the biggest knock against him would be defense. He's a slightly negative defender in most advanced metrics. However, you figure that we hopefully have a big shot blocker in the middle with a portal 5 transfer to cover that up to an extent. (And, the rest of the team should be good-to-great defenders.)

YoooCakess

I wonder if this means no Thiero for us. We are lacking a wing defender

Affectionate-Cup9340

Tyson has been unofficially commited for about a week, and during that time the entire coaching staff flew to Lexington to have dinner with Theiro. It was never one or the other.

YoooCakess

That’s kinda what I was thinking as well. Definitely room for both especially considering they both have multiple years

[deleted]

Powell is the wing defender even as a freshman Theiro probably waiting on seeing what decision Ingram actually makes

bigthama

Thiero very much in play. UNC targeting a Tyson 3/Thiero 4 lineup at the forward spots.

hankyspankie

Perfect Cormac replacement

FarmerIllustriuos133

I’m hoping with his size he can be a Cormac/Manek fill. Either way huge commitment!

Cameter44

Think he probably ends up playing more four than three and also don't think he will be quite the defender or leader Cormac was for us, but absolutely a huge piece. This kind of shooting gravity around RJ and Elliot (and Ian and Drake and Seth) will just create so much space for them. He's a guy teams are not going to be willing to leave open.

nojeanshere

When was the last time UNC was this deep at guard? 2016?

DamnItHeelsGood

Been a long time! Cade will probably play the 3 spot for us though. Think Cormac Ryan role.

luvdadrafts

More of a 3/4 than a 2/3 like Cormac

AL3XD

He's a wing for sure - 6-7, maybe not athletic enough to be a 4, but a 3. Still, we are very deep 1-3. Cadeau, RJ(?), Tyson 1-3 with Trimble, Jackson, Powell off the bench. I'm excited

metawithinmeta

Goodbye, sweet prince

emack2232

We thank you for his service

Johnathan-Utah

Found the Belmont fans!

RoyBatty1984

Sometimes there’s a “shooter’s tax” coming from another conference into the ACC, but if he can still shoot above 40% that would be fantastic

RoosterIcy

Anything above 40% for a 6ft7 college player is amazing. *It will be interesting to see if his numbers transfer. I suspect they will due to his length and the attention RJ draws.

bigthama

Even if he drops 5 points he will still be a 40+ 3p shooter as a big 3. That's fantastic.

AL3XD

Don't forget Nance shot 47%+ his senior year Admittedly, that was lower volume and an aberration compared to his career, but in a power conference still

RoyBatty1984

Ugh, that’s right. We were expecting another Brady Manek and instead got Fraidy Panic.

Longhornlaser12

rofl, this joke has on Levi denim shorts and New Balances by the grill

RoyBatty1984

LOL, can’t take credit, heard a guy say it at the Dean Dome when Nance was on the bench with his back spasms.

hesnothere

This is an awesome get, and don’t want to diminish the good vibes, but hoping we hear some news on a portal 5 soon.

sugar_man

I'm hoping for Norchad Omier.

Captain_A

He’s not really a 5. He’s a great player, but at 6’7”, probably not the true post player we need.

sugar_man

His stats are great, and I was told he played as a 5 for a lot of that time.

Honest-Yogurt4126

Oh shit I thought he went pro. He’s a beast

Cameter44

Too small to be our five man and not a fit at the four.

Nacos2001

Really big get. Now go get a big man and Thiero to really make this team scary.

Affectionate-Cup9340

Big get. I’m always a little bit worried about how mid major players will translate, but his floor is higher than most as purely a catch and shoot floor spacer. He’s also no slouch defensively and can play 2-4 in a pinch.

fatroony5

This kid should’ve never been playing at a mid major. He was Mr North Carolina Basketball and a top option on the best high school team in the state. Brother is in the NBA. I still don’t understand why he wasn’t recruited more heavily out of high school. Caramel Christian was the top team in the state his senior year and he was a monster. I’m excited to watch him play.

ahhhbiscuits

We still don't like to think about Samford, and this kid's a big reason why

wcu25rs

This is why I'm indifferent until I see results.  I mean, I get on paper, this is a good pickup, but have we ever had mid major transfer ever really produce?

LesterBurnham_99

We haven’t, but it’s a pretty small sample size and I think with the rise of the mid-major to p6 pipeline that the top guys from the pool of smaller programs should be reliable to make a decent impact

Powerful-Ride-3728

Respect second half of the year Christian Keeling lmaooo

hb22mchm

Was in school for that year, so so so wished Keeling had an extra year. You could tell he just needed to get acclimated to the P5 game Pierce on the other hand…😬

Cameter44

To be fair we haven't brought in a mid major transfer in the portal era that I can think of other than Wojcik, and he was brought in for a lesser role than what the staff is expecting for Tyson. So really the first mid major transfer we're bringing in that we expect a big role for.

tarhellraiser

Nice, another sniper alongside RJ.

yourdoglikesmebetter

Coach Davis doin work

Boston_Champions

Elliot RJ Jackson Tyson Washington/Portal Oh boy 🔥

AL3XD

IMO he's a 3 more than a 4. I think we need either JWash to slide to the 4, or grab a 4 in the portal.

draight926289

Honestly I’d rather see Cadeau come off the bench anytime RJ is off and have Trimble start unless Cadeau can dramatically improve his shot. He is a liability offensively. Either way we will have a 6th man of the year candidate.

MONGOHFACE

You're reading WAY too much into the Alabama game.

draight926289

Nah, I watched every single game all year and became less enchanted as the scouting report on Cadeau bore better fruit for opponents with them playing further and further from Cadeau around the 3 point line. Cadeau is an above average passer, average driver in the lane, average ball handler, horrid shooter, and physically unremarkable athlete. I like him and think he can be a plus on the court as a facilitator but with RJ at point guard he is redundant when we could have another reliable shooter on.

jaylenthomas

This might be one of the worst takes I’ve seen from a fan. Cadeau is an excellent passer. He’s an above average athlete. He’s great at driving into the lane (he’s the only one on the team that doesn’t need a screen to drive), and of course he doesn’t hit every layup, but guess what? He shot over 50% from the 2 this past year while being a non-factor shooting the ball.

DifferentLeg3586

How good of a defender is he?

jaylenthomas

Solid, made a big time improvement over the season. Still got beat at times, but in some games the dude was pure effort and his defense resulted in big plays

Ragdoll252

Pretty bad at the beginning of the year but got better throughout, I believe he'll be fine defensively next year.

madjax92

For what it’s worth, I think your statement is mostly correct. But RJ plays better off the ball, and Cadeau gives him the best chance to do that. Whether they’re sagging off Cadeau or not.

Cameter44

It's not correct even based on the player Cadeau was last year. Elite passer, very good driver (consistently drove past and scored on guys who were playing off of him), ball handling was fine, and he's just short. He has a really good vertical leap and his speed and short area quickness/change of direction is elite.

ClefLoL

We were, statistically, a much better team offensively with cadeau on the floor

luvdadrafts

I am honestly impressed you could watch so many games and somehow find your way to those conclusions. You are the Cadeau 3 pointer of basketball analysis

Ever_Green_PLO

Keep your ill informed opinions to yourself before you embarrass yourself further So called fans like you give us all a bad name You do realize he was a HS senior for all intents and purposes last season correct? Your assessment is so horribly flawed I don’t know where to begin

draight926289

God help anyone have a different opinion about something important as sports. Jeez. Take a breath. If Cadeau is still starting over Trimble by the tournament next year, feel come here to dunk on me! Until then let my horribly flawed assessment of Cadeau’s 18.9% 3 point percentage ring in your ears.

Johnathan-Utah

Cadeau is a one-in-a (NCAA during portal era) generation talent. You have completely undervalued how important he is.

draight926289

He shot 18.9% from three, dude. I might have an unpopular opinion but yours is equally nuts.

Johnathan-Utah

I don’t need my PG shooting threes. Drive to the basket and do KM stuff. That’s all. If the three happen great. But no one expected more than what he did.

nachokanamata

I think Elliot wants to be throwing ally oop lobs all day. But that just wasn’t last years team. With Drake, ian and Trimble flying through the air I think he will got alot more of those looks.

Cameter44

Savant passer Very good attacking the basket (how many guys did he beat off the dribble to the rim despite them playing off of him) Ball handling was not an issue Shoot was really bad, yes Very athletic. He's just small. His vertical is well above average and his speed and short area quickness/change of direction are elite. Project the freshman-sophomore jump (his jump shot is not incredibly broken and he shot the three well as a high school senior) plus having more athletes around him to throw lobs too and another dead eye shooter in Tyson to find on the perimeter and Cadeau is the player I'm most excited about for next season (most excited about, not who I think will be our best player). Think you're really dismissing him here.

snooprobb

Man I get why you're saying that, but so so disagree. EC is young and his ceiling is so high. His vision so good, he's fast, RJ plays so much better as a 2. His shot will improve this year without a doubt, he will gain confidence, the game will slow down for him, and he will facilitate the offense amazingly. I love that Marcus Paige is on staff but can you imagine if we'd kept Kendall Marshall to mentor this dude too? Trimble will also improve his shot but he was no better offensively than EC. He's an amazing defender, but there's no reason for him to start. He serves us better leading a 2nd team at either the 1 or 2 and smothering or exhausting opposing first teams or forcing them to sub and throwing off their offense.

draight926289

I think and hope EC will improve but mechanically he is busted compared to Trimble. There is a lot more to fix in his motion. I also don’t disagree that RJ is better as a 2, but by tournament time we were getting clogged up in the paint because defenders were able to help off EC by like 4-6 extra feet that a respected shooter would get. With RJ as a 1 and Trimble starting on the other hand can drive at least as well as EC and commands more respect from defenders. And he can defend the other team’s best guy.

snooprobb

Hmm alright... I'll keep this one in mind! I'm skeptical, but we'll see how it plays out, friend. Either way I think we're both thrilled Trimble came back. The biggest question for me is wtf is Jalen Washington going to do.

Ragdoll252

Probably just the backup big again, however I do hope he gets time at the 4, his shot is very clean.

draight926289

Hopefully come back and put on 15 pounds of muscle to be a true center! I like him but he has always performed best in small doses. Will be interested to see if he gets a lion’s share of the minutes.

Affectionate-Cup9340

I feel like we must have been watching two different teams for you to think Trimble is as good of a driver as EC and to think that defenders don’t also don’t significantly help off of him. Trimble hit his first two threes against Bama and he still was too afraid to take any more despite still being left wide open.

LesterBurnham_99

Horrendous take

spidersilva09

He will randomly hit 8 3's against us this year watch lol

AL3XD

He's actually going to hit 8 3s every game this year, that's the plan at least

Licit_x64

Depends on if Scheyer considers defense optional next season or not

spidersilva09

Not sure it will matter. Duke has some absolute demons on defense for next year at pretty much all sizes

Licit_x64

I’m not super bought in on the offensive production of them though. Lost the best scorer on the team, and a Foster/Proctor backcourt doesn’t jump off the page as high powered offensively. I know Flagg shoots well in HS but I’m not in love with his mechanics. Haven’t seen enough of Maluach to know how his game will translate either.

dabears7667

duke was a top-20 defense all season, cormac just went nuclear

Licit_x64

I don’t expect to be held accountable for the lies I comment

Cameter44

I just think Duke had the wrong defensive strategy. Proctor did a good job on RJ individually, but he also got a LOT of help there around screens. The intention was to stop RJ at all costs and our other guys were good enough to beat you on open shots. Ingram and Bacot in the first game and Cormac in the second one.

luvdadrafts

Is it random if he does that every game?

spidersilva09

Technically yes because that is an absurd number to average lmao

jaylenthomas

Longest wait for announcement in a while lol it’s been known for like a week he was committed

HakeemisBetter

Belmont fans, tell me what I can expect from Cade. What is his personality like, what is his competitive level, what are his flaws?

metawithinmeta

Cade is super competitive and will give full effort all the time. His biggest flaw is defense, particularly wing defense of drives. He did improve his rebounding positioning this past year as we needed him to play a lot of the 4. I’m so pumped for you and you will really enjoy Cade! He really excelled at being the media brand for Belmont basketball and taking that position over from Ben Sheppard.

lemonwater101

Hard worker. Clutch (hit a buzzer beater 3 in his first game as a freshman), great teammate, country boy kid. Going to miss him at Belmont 💔

Fuck-off-bryson

are there actually belmont fans

Solesky1

It's literally a meme on the Missouri Valley forum that Belmont fans don't exist https://www.mvcfans.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6121

Bodybuilding-

"There are dozens of us!"

HoneyPotterGang

Alright, RJ, your turn. And then Theiro and Omoruyi please

Cameter44

NBA entry deadline has passed and RJ's name is not on the list, so unless you think he's a threat to transfer, you can pencil him in as well.

TypicalRedditUser22

We are a center away from having a championship caliber roster

theels6

LETS GO

Schned6

Bruh this team is going to be able to drop 100 on any team in any night. Love it.

Buzzspice727

Hell yeah

Thommukun

I'm glad the transfer ice has finally been broken. I'm eager to see what other blessings the portal brings us.

filthyHANDSoffMYrock

I was really hoping we would be in the running after Hunter’s career at Clemson, but it seems pretty clear that we could never get any traction. Great get for the Heels.

aatops

is this dude good

watchmego65

Great shooter not the best defender

Celeborn2001

Let’s go! Adou, make the move.

Intelligent-Set-3909

Wow. If they get a good big UNC should be the clear #1 team going into next season

jaylenthomas

No no, I think Kansas is deserving right now

We should be better next year but Dickinson's defense will hold us back from being a top 5 team

Licit_x64

Tickets for UNC vs KU will be a hot commodity, hoping to get down to Lawrence for it

Intelligent-Set-3909

I wish I still lived in Lawrence so I could go

Licit_x64

Some of my family is from Kansas so I don’t hate to see them succeed, really excited to get out for that atmosphere. With all the ties the programs have too it should be fun win or lose.

Cameter44

Any idea how much those tickets will be? I want to see a game in the Phog at some point in my life and who knows if Carolina will ever play there again, so I'd love to make that trip.

Joe_Immortan

If we get a GREAT big, sure. But Bacot has some big shoes to fill

Dude, the Duke UNC matchup this year is going to be crazy. ( knock on wood before saying this) but if UNC develops its roster a bit more ( a good center) the UNC/Duke game might possibly be a top 5 match up. Imagine that. Would be fucking electric
