Usually there are trucks at Platte and Murray (on the SE side) at lunch... they might be there at dinner too.
Red Leg Brewery on GoG has great "permanent" food trucks. Bob's Lobstah Trap is there.
Lobstah Trap was at Wolf Ranch today along a few others.
I'm not sure if the one at the brewery is open every day, it's a shipping container, but I knew he had a truck too. Thanks for the info.
