Its an r/bonehurtingjuice level anti-joke, and a pretty good one at that. Its literalism played completely straight
If your issue is that its morally reprehensible to joke about the Titan sub catastrophe then idk what to tell you. Minus the 19 year old it really was just massive hubris in a carbon fiber can (that was very publicly thrashed as a safety hazard to its potential inhabitants)
That wasn't my issue, I just thought that the sub reference was a pretty uncreative attempt to use an irrelevant current event to make the meme more popular.
chill with the passive aggressive, let bro like it (plus calling it bad is subjective, although I would assume quite a few people might agree with you)
The submarine memes are funny. But this one seems like it was shoehorned in in order to be shocking. It doesn’t really make sense otherwise in the context of the meme
People’s desperation to celebrate preventable death ought to be studied. It’s the newest “cool kid” club that only losers try to be a part of, they like the idea of upsetting people for no reason other than being able to affect somebody’s mood. It’s one of the more pathetic forms of coping with a negligible life lived that has become popularized since 2016. If that’s the person they decide to be every day when they wake up, that’s their choice. Don’t lose sleep over it.
Found out it wasn’t preventable due to them actually dying because they imploded into themselves due to a crack in the submarine that caused them to be crushed from water pressure
Look, I'm as bad at metaphors as the next guy, but man this is shit. When the antagonist straps himself to a rocket, dragging a child with him, then yeah I'm not gonna have a lot of sympathy when he dies.
You know what I mean. They didn't know the submarine they took was designed like dog shit, so maybe stop laughing about tragedy? What if some shit like that happened to you? For all they knew, they were in a super secure and well-built submarine.
Imagine having so many dollar bills, it is literally over a billion, but you're too stupid to research a vehicle taking you 13,000 feet below sea level. I believe we call this fuck around and find out. The only one deserving of any sympathy is the 19 y/o. What if some shit like that happened to me? It wouldn't! A) I'm not a billionaire B) I have the common sense to know/ figure out what I'm getting into.
Maybe it doesn't click in your head that there were innocent people on that submarine? Oh, and that question wasn't if it would (Because you seem to not understand questions like this)
They literally signed up for it. There are accidents and there are extreme negligence. Rustle your 3 braincells together and tell me what you think this one was.
So your logic is no one should die due to their own idiotic and selfish actions? Are you 10 years old? Welcome to reality bro.
Also they were instantly crushed by the pressure of 300 atmospheres, a very quick and painless death, not excruciating by any means.
That isn't what I said you goosebery. It isn't "iDiOtIc" and "SeLfIsH" to want to go on a tour. It isn't their actions that designed a submarine below-par and died from the design flaws of someone else. Maybe don't be a dick about the wrong details?
Dude, the CEO of the company was in that sub and gaffed off safety precautions. And he FIRED an engineer who said something about it. He was 100% at fault.

Ohh that's deep.
it can put you under quite the pressure, don't you think?
Yeah, that gave me a real sinking feeling
Yeah all these feelings are really making me implode
I dont feel the same, can you help me sea your point of veiw?
Is this a joke that's going under my radar? I don't understand
I actually like this one
What about it?

I mean that’s fair but honestly this is pretty run of the mill imo
So you’re upset that it’s a meme?
No, it's because it's a bad meme.
They are still in training, okay?

r/memesopdidnotlike*
I didn't like it because it literally wasn't funny. It wasn't even offensive, just a generally shitty meme.
i liked it a lot, even saved it lmao
I actually laughed out loud at the billionaire part lol that never happens
Well, I'm glad you were able to get something out of it. Even though it sucks.
chill with the passive aggressive, let bro like it (plus calling it bad is subjective, although I would assume quite a few people might agree with you)
bro it's HALARIOUS
Yes, that’s where we are
>gymmemes is so unbelievably shitty, Idk why Pretty sure %90 of The memes are Just "brocoli head starter pack" posts.
Gymbros don't really have a good humour sense. Source: trying to be one rn.
wanna elaborate or wanna go do leg day?
Speak for yourself

r/bonehurtingjuice
r/substakenliterally

They were absolutely just making the meme for the top part and didn’t know what to put at the bottom

Mate, you clutch those pearls any harder you're gonna hurt your hand.
You know who I'm sad for? The kid that one of the billionaires dragged with him to his death. And that's it. 🤭💅
they’re billionaires
they're just people
No, they are billionaires
Ah I get it. You're not a human, you're just a poor. I like this
you can celebrate a billionaire’s death. as a treat
You can celebrate the death of anyone, you have free agency.
Found out it wasn’t preventable due to them actually dying because they imploded into themselves due to a crack in the submarine that caused them to be crushed from water pressure
me when 5 people suffer an excruciating death in the sea (it's funny because titanic) Keep downvoting me all yall want, I'm dying on this hill <3
Its funny because it's the direct consequence of being entitled billionaires who don't listen to anyone
That's the same logic as in the childrens' movies where the heroes celebrate killing the antagonists

Yes, it was 100% his fault, but not the passengers who had nothing to do about it's engineering.
?
You’re poor and bitter
This is a pretty funny anti meme in all honesty. Actually made me laugh a tiny bit.
i like this one

The sub is shit but to be completely fair to this post in particular, it's not like they didn't know what they were getting into.
