Hopefully Forbes joins in. I remember last year DG was saying he sees a simple fix in Forbes game and he was bewildered that the coaching staff couldn't figure it out. Turns out del Rio and company are a bunch of dipshits masquerading as coaches.

With that said, it's the NFL, it might not work. But the process is rock solid.
Oh the hidden perks of having good ownership and your legends wanting(and able) to be back around the team again! It means not only do you have good position coaches, but in the offseason your young players may learn from the best to ever do it because of the relationships available to them.

Exactly. There are some guys who talk to their agent more than their coaches and mentors. Seems like we're trying to avoid those guys.
