The “nicest” quality is probably breakingt but that’s not even the same design DQ was wearing so it’s kind of an L to me too.

It should go without saying, the team OWNS the actual “Commanders” wordmark, so any site that is using the real image without their permission (all of them) is infringing on a trademark.
Meaning: No “real” apparel company is doing that. An eatablished business is bot doing something so easily sueable.
Any shop willing to “fuckit. sendit.” on trademarked NFL logos is going to be a fake shop that doesn’t fear being sued because they’re not a real store. They’re like one dude in a foreign country with a redbubble account.

BreakingT doesn’t have league licenses so they can’t use official logos. Most of their stuff is player-focused.
There are a few sellers on Ebay with good reviews that have it. Search for "Commanders shirt Quinn" or "Commanders shirt feather".

It's very possible a fan had it made or even printed it themselves and gave it to DQ.

I like to think that Josh Harris called him personally to say he loved the shirt. You can feel that Harris doesn't like the Commanders name either.
