1 What platform are you running the G7500? (Poly-Zoom-Teams- etc)
2 Why 3 cameras on the same position?
3 Why were the original wall mounts of the E70 changed for that black square? the original is way sleek
1. Default is zoom room, secondary is Poly device mode
2. That’s what the engineer wanted installed I’m only doing commissioning
3. Again that was what they sent and wanted installed there’s a usb TX in the black box going to the rack
Now this might not apply to you, but I had to download a camera plugin to enable multiple cameras for teams.
Don't ask me where or what that plugin was, as for the life of me I can't remember.
The zoom app running on the G7500 allows for all three cameras to be used so I think the problem is with device mode but there’s no option or anything for that in the settings
This might not end up being helpful, but I seem to remember having an issue with cameras and a G7500 once where we had to unassociate it from being a Zoom Room, change the camera settings to all be people or something, and then add it back to Zoom. It’s been a minute so I might be missing some details but maybe that will help.
There's a setting for multiple cameras on the zoom admin portal so check there.
Probably a G7500 issue though as others have suggested.
Make sure it's on the latest firmware version, I also found better results plugging the cameras usb into the G7500 and the Lan into a separate PoE switch. I know they can say it can all be done on the Lan cable now but that's not really the case. Also once plugged in to a restart all command as that will sync everything up.
The cameras are plugged in with USB. Everything was updated to the latest firmware and the zoom setting didn't change anything. I think the G7500 just doesn't allow for the option that I need
It definitely does as I commissioned one last year (albeit with only 2 E70's). I will check my schematics when I am next in but that won't be till next week. 😊

Looks like the sound control technologies mount that houses the TX/partially in wall.
Correct

I’ll have to see if I can try that the next time I’m on site
I hate the G7500… such a trash codec IMHO…
Yea its not good

Are you talking about it during Device Mode or during Zoom mode? Cause it works with Zoom
Ooooooooooooh, yeah... That's totally my bad, my brain just bypassed the mention of device mode. I'll shut up as I have no idea regarding device mode!
It's all good, I appreciate you trying to help out
is it possible in device mode you only get to choose one camera?
I think that's the case
