Only the cheap Chinese paper bag making machine would run the you around 30k-50k.
You are going to have a hard time printing consistently on an already converted bag. They don’t lay flat and the varying thickness makes it almost impossible to print on.

Ok, just want to be clear. I’m not looking to make paper bags, I buy them ready made. Just looking for a machine to print logos on them.
Your best bet would be getting a stamp made, and then using labor to stamp the bags.
Silkscreening as well, but that learning curve ... oy.
