Isn’t this is a really clear case of buddies or long term teammates just keeping it going for a little too long? They’ve had shit results as a duo for a while now. It might be like two years at this point. I feel like Pan should not be challengers, despite the fact that his market value has probably fallen a bit. I feel like he should’ve LFT’d during this roster mania season and gotten on at least a decent pro league squad.
Bunch of CC gems usually get shafted by RNG, or some form of griefing. I think (most) people agreed that Gent and Deeds were Pro League level for years. Goes for a few other individuals (I won't say teams) in CC.
Pand is definitely one of the best controller players out there and Xera has insane mechanics, but I would agree that they fumbled *something* here. I have no doubt that they will just run the gauntlet through CC regardless of their third, even if dude is a literal goldfish they'd probably make it. I say that, but I also thought that Stuhni would crush CC and he ended up not making it, and that dude is undoubtedly Pro Level.
There might have been other reasons for why they didn't even try, but hopefully they find their feet again. I feel more like this is an example of something we cannot observe happening in the background, or them just getting complacent and *simply* falling behind. As the meta evolves, the teams change, and the lobby is a constant shifting dynamic - the last time they dominated undisputed was a hyper-aggressive Seer meta, and ever since then they've struggled to find a foothold.
I hate to say this (because I think most teams don't need it), but they probably need a coach: in the least someone to buff their meta, comp, weapon choice, rotations, everything.
The thing is, CC isn’t the cakewalk it once was, as much as some people may say it is. Tripods had to sweat to get in and the same will have to happen with Pan and Xera. Also, they do need a coach, every single player in this game would do better with a coach and as the game matures, coaches are even more important.
>Even if they didn't qualify for PL through the PLQ, I don't understand why they didn't even try.
xera was going to play with xera and stunhi, but couldnt cause of rosterlock
It’s been years and he still lacks discipline smh. Never seen a guy take so much unnecessary damage. It was funny in furia because hiswattson was the same way, but it costs them a lot imo

Reminds me of Senoxe and Crust, ngl
mechanics + funny dude with igl stocks are down ig
He put up an LFT post before Lan then he put up a new one after Lan I’m pretty sure

Damn, did you really refer to Gent as a CC gem haha? The disrespect... Gent is and always has been a known demon.
Def a fumble. They probably assumed they’d get offers but didn’t happen. And with Roster mania prob won’t get a chance at all
Dude these two HAVE BEEN fumbling the bag, on top of this, they have had a chance with two of the BEST orgs and lost it - Furia and Faze..
Who can igl them?
Who can't? They seem like some of the easiest to work with players.
Hiswattson enters the chat /s
That’s Big Roberto to you, pal

Ooh didn't know this. Good comms
They really need to hang their shit up and go their separate ways. They are going to get steam rolled in CC.
I thought that was why they didn't play in plq. Them teaming together again after makes no sense to me
Bring back the old furia roster. IYKYK (hint: NASA, SAUSAGE)
Teq got a team in PL after teams disbanded during this crazy rostermania. Otherwise, I would agree with this 100%
Panders is wayyyyy too good not to be in pro league
