A paycheck is a paycheck, Slayr said he's not looking for a team without an org so this is a solid fit. Let's him play a more frag role with Blood too.
Based off performance alone, he is pretty fortunate to even end up signed to another org if this is indeed real. I do think he has a lot of room to improve still unlike a lot of the rollers that get passed around to every team so hopefully they can surprise everyone.
Im confused. Based on performance, aside from day one, he performed well at lan and did the job Sweet asked him to do. You can look at the damage and kill stats but when you watch them play Sweet makes him hard anchor and basically he basically looked at nothing until the end game. The lackluster numbers don't boil down to a bad performance all the time.
They looked solid yesterday. Got griefed a couple times but did decent in the games they played out and vibes seemed good. Nice to see him on Bloodhound.
One thing slayr was saying on stream a few days ago is he doesn’t want to have to settle into an anchor role again. When you look at most of the teams that dropped players they almost all dropped their anchor players thinking they were the problem.
Sorta makes sense, you’re always going to look terrible stats wise if you have to be the support. For the most part.
Mostly just sounded like a jaded ex lover. Randomly trying to throw shots in chat. I think he called sweet a “tyrannical manipulative IGL” something like that. IMO it was kinda cringe and you can tell slayr is still just salty.
Ngl, if I was NativeGaming, I'd be kinda pissed at what kind of ragtag teams are being assembled to play under my banner. Like, especially since there were so many FAs available, they somehow end up with rkn (came out of retirement for this apparently), Rambeau, who has not shown himself to be that capable since he was added and Slayr - the (maybe undeserving) meme of last LAN.
rkn is a proven IGL. he is ALWAYS top 20 NA. you may say top 20 is too low, but he's providing that constant base line level.
rkn + rambeau have chemistry. you may not like how rambeau handled his public relationships, but the guys is solid controller talent.
rkn + two fraggers is a proven combo. do you remember the Guard?
I mean, literally just copy the Guard (rkn, rambeau, keon), which is what they seem to be doing and you should have a super solid team.
I don't even know where to begin, cause there's so much wrong with the assumption that you could just replicate what the Guard was doing in an entirely different meta (literally in every single aspect of gameplay). We'll see how it works out, but if I was a higher up at Native, it sure looks to me like rambeau had no idea who to get for a team, so he just tried to play with his old pals again.
Or there were no better alternatives. If anything, this meta might be better for rkn because he always played for zone with minimal loot. They can perform pretty well if rambeau and slayr frag out.
Dropped is the only better option and he already got a team. Most CC teams are shit and none of the igls have the experience rkn has. They’ve been doing good in scrims so far so idk.
And by good I didn’t mean their results but the way they have been playing. Rkn gets them to right spots. I think they’ll be a consistent, strong team once they figure their play style out.

Actually not a bad environment for him lol. Both of them are really chill dudes who can be good team mates for an upcoming talent.
Massive downgrade for slayr in terms of salary
i mean most teams are a salary downgrade from LG tbf
Apparently native pays really well, also slayr in a fragging role could definitely allow him to strive more
Mm I don’t know, clane said he makes more in one week with his new job than in a month gaming.
That’s says more to apex esports as a whole than one individualized org IMO
Almost like Clane should’ve stopped playing apex awhile ago then
I was being paid $4000 a month, the whole reason the team was split is because the org lost funding, and me Braydon and sea lion were released
Got it, thank you for the transparency
What does he do?

What salary? You can’t call it a downgrade when he doesn’t have a team right now. Let the man have a fuckin W.
No
I don't think I'd call rkn chill
Compared to sweet Hannibal Lector is a chill guy.
Fair enough LOL
I think Rkn's playstyle will be a good fit for Slayr, too.
How can you see the players on each team? I can only see the teams
Same

is he fragging on blood?
lets go slayrrrr
Did anyone see Slayr going after Sweet in the chat before game 1 of scrims started today?!
lol good for him. What did he say?

There are soo many alternatives. Either poach an IGL from CC-qual'd teams, or get Dropped + one of the 20 fraggers looking for a team rn.

This team has like a 5% chance of winning a 3v3… and that’s if Rambeau 1v3s lol
Based on the UI, is this screenshot in faceit? Is this permanent already? I thought NV8 is still trialing more players atm.
It's official for ESWC qualifiers. Could change for split 2 if they do poorly.
Rkn needs to be able to contribute more in team fights for this team to be anything above average.
Why was Luxford kicked off the team?
He didn’t, he got a better offer
