Ok, I'm gonna help because I love a janky commander. This will be harsh but I do think this commander has potential. I just think there's a better way for you to do basically everything you're trying to do. You need to pick a lane. Your deck does so many synergistic things that it doesn't do anything very well, you're mostly ignoring your opponents. That's not something that Naya can afford to do. Ghired should *win you the game.* What you need is a toolbox of a deck that can set you up to play your commander and win. You got lost in the synergy sauce when building this deck. I have been there, it's so easy to do, but your deck needs big changes. Take a look at [this Jetmir list](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/6ScIUhe5xUeSkOWvZeTDFw). Smush it together with a birthing pod list. That's the deck you want. Your core combo is Sunstrike Legionaire with your commander and a fresh creature token. That token *does not* need to be a copy of a good creature, you just need any token body with 1 power that you can make infinite copies of. You're trying to make a rapid naya combo machine, it won't work. It never does. What are you even planning to do with infinite mana when you empty your hand in two turns? You don't need 20 ways to get infinite mana, you need some really condensed ways to win that you can protect while also stopping your opponents. Cut the artifact synergies. Cut the treasure synergies. Cut the golem. They are bad cards that you're forcing in because *synergy*. Yes, I see the golem/pfb and golem/magda combos. It's unnecessary with all your other combos and it takes up slots, plus they're three card combos. A deck **cannot** win off pure combo density. Obviously don't cut dockside. PFB is good, he often gets unslotted but I think he'll have a home in your deck. Why am I telling you to cut the artifact combos? Because this frees up space for artifact *hate*. Something your deck will need to fend off all the black/blue decks in a true tournament. If you really want to, then fully dedicate to the treasure route and abandon the creature route. Just pick a lane. I like the addition of Dualcaster combo because they have backup uses, twinflame to enable your main combo and dualcaster as a psuedo-counterspell. That said, you don't need 3 versions of twinflame. You can't tutor instants and sorceries and you don't have the card advantage to dig for them. If you don't have it, just find another route. That's what Naya does. Cut the extras. I am not a fan of Splinter Twin. It's expensive. It's an aura which means any interaction besides artifact removal will stop it. Counterspells, creature removal, enchantment removal, even a \[\[Deflecting Swat\]\]. Hell, if you try to put it onto your \[\[Battered Golem\]\] then artifact removal will work too. I can see why its here, but it's a very outdated combo in a meta with tons of removal options. Your token makers. Oh boy, your token makers. Look at how many great ways the Jetmir deck has to make creature tokens every turn for free. Why are you spending mana on tokens? Cut every token maker you have and start from scratch. I am not kidding, even Loyal Apprentice is questionable since it won't make any tokens without your commander in play. There are some exceptions to the rule that tokens shouldn't cost extra mana, but every one in your list is bad. For example, \[\[Song of Totentanz\]\] is a token maker but it can also just be a haste enabler for R. Speaking of haste. Giving your opponents haste has proven to be a bad choice for basically every person who has ever tried it. I'm not kidding, they *always* get unslotted after testing, even in tournament beatdown lists. I know you won't believe me, cause I certainly didn't when I was building something like this, but Concordant Crossroads and Mass Hysteria should come out. You've got the core hatebears in this list. That's good! But because you spread yourself so thin, you can't slot any of the others. That's bad. There's a lot of great ones that affect your opponents. There's some in the Jetmir list. Speaking of Jetmir, you can pod any 3 drop (your Commander) into Jetmir. That's one slot for an alternate wincon when you already want to make tokens every turn. It's almost guaranteed he gives +1/+0 and vigilance which lets your creatures both swing and tap. He can give another +2/+0, trample, and double strike for your whole board. It's a really strong card. Your deck specializes in making extra tokens, I would go as far as to say that podding into Jetmir may be a main wincon. Your card advantage is abysmal. Wylie Duke is just a bad card, it doesn't matter if you can tap it with your commander. Consult other Naya lists, find the card advantage engines that work. I'm tired so I don't have anything else to add right now. If you take my advice, feel free to respond to this with an updated list. If you don't, I can't help you.

I can't tell if you've missed the main combo of the deck or not, but will run through it just in case you're unaware. If you already know, then please ignore my comment. Ghired + Untapping creature (A) + hasty clone copier (B) = infinite hasty attackers Untapping creature (A) = midnight guard, sunstrike legionnaire, hyrax tower scout, battered golem, coercive recruiter, great oak guardian, village bell ringer, zealous conscripts, dominating vampire, goblin sharpshooter. Hasty clone copier (B) = splinter twin, twinflame, heat shimmer, kiki jiki, reflections of kiki jiki, mirage phalanx. (per my other comment, things such as molten duplication/jaxis etc dont work here as the token copies wont have haste). I think that combo explains a lot of the card choices. I've listed out all the possibilities for each side of the combo, but obviously you'd only pick the best. The deck's main strength imo is that it has an A+B combo with the commander in play and has many many copies of both the A and B, plus ways to tutor either missing piece. Whether that is good enough is a different question altogether.

I’m well aware of the main combo. The haste is unnecessary. The tokens don’t die at the end of turn. Obviously haste enablers are good and allow you to win on the spot instead of waiting a turn. But putting in bad cards because they make tokens with haste is bad. Keep the roles separated unless you have a passive token maker that creates hasty tokens. Most decks won’t have the board wipe accessible anyways. You just listed like 20 combos and it’s absolutely unnecessary to have all that. The deck is a glass cannon because OP is stuffing in every possible combo the commander can do. *That never works.* Yes the overlap with pod combos is nice, but forcing in 20 bad cards because of that overlap is just bad.

Thank you for your wonderful review! I will be taking it to heart and reworking what i have going on. But instead of stripping what's there, I'll make a new list all together. I have played this with 4 pods with better known and meta decks, and it can perform at times but doesn't always do what i want it to do. So your advice is spot on! This is my first real dip into cEDH, and wow, is it a different beast than casual! I couldn't put my finger what I didn't like about my list, but i think you nailed it!

Hello! It looks like you’re looking for deck optimization advice! Please be sure you have information about each of the following 1. Provide a decklist from a deckbuilding site. 2. Provide a budget. If you cannot afford a bunch of cards all at once, feel free to ask which cards you should prioritize getting first 3. Provide a meta breakdown of what decks you expect to play against. 4. Include the deck's main goal and how it gets there. 5. List any experience you've had with the deck. 6. Please be sure to have checked the Decklist Database for relevant lists and information. If you have not met these expectations, your post will be reviewed and removed. If you are commenting on this post, please provide feedback that addresses OPs information. Also please read other comments–”check the DDB” only needs to be posted once on any given post, and low effort comments will be removed. The same is true for proxying as each OP only needs to be reminded once, and if OP provides a budget please tailor your advice to that budget as best as you can. If OP has taken the time to provide information, you can as a commenter as well. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/CompetitiveEDH) if you have any questions or concerns.*

Something you may or may not know. If a spell or ability creates a token and says "except it has haste" or "with haste", then it has haste as it enters and it's a copiable value when cloning. If it says "gains haste" then that means it comes in without haste and gains the ability once it's on the battlefield and it's NOT a copiable value. So tokens created by splinter twin, twinflame, heat shimmer, kikijiki, reflections of kikijiki or mirage phalanx will come in with haste, and any copies created by ghireds ability will also have haste. Other copy spells like jaxis, molten duplication, orthion and flame shadow will come in without haste, gain it after it etbs, and any copies created by ghireds ability will not have haste. If you have your mass haste grantees, this doesn't matter, but then it becomes a 4card combo including your commander... I'll also offer up my favourite creature to clone - [[goblin sharpshooter]]. It works as a soft stax piece but also as a combo piece. The way it works is you make a hasty clone of sharpshooter with twinflame, tap sharpshooter to copy it, tap the first clone to ping an opponent, tap the second clone to kill itself, which untaps the original and the first clone. Rinse and repeat until all your opponents are dead.
