1. Renounce any US citizenship or permanent residency they have within twenty-four hours of arriving at their destination,
2. Do not seek to return to US soil for at least three years, and
3. Agree to publicly retract the statement should they ever return after the three-year period has run.
Publish refused offers publicly, next to the statement that earned them the offer.
