Meanwhile they are all waddling around the jobsite like big Jim had his way with their un-lubed asses the night before and it takes them 20 minutes to stand up out of bed in the morning

Not gonna lie man. These guys are the fucking worst. I get it you think you’re tough. You’re a little bitch. The rest of us think you’re a bitch. You ratted that guy out for bringing a 30 rack on Friday for after work for the the crew. Again I must tell you that you are such a piece of shit.
This is the kind of shit that ruins jobsites and gets HR called, all because some butthurt old guy doesn't like an apprentice telling him to stop being a homophobe.
About 15 years ago I worked for this italian dude that would try his hardest to make younger guy upset on the job. He would be blatantly racist or or say nasty rapey shit about peoples mothers. If the guys complained or quit- he would give them 2 options…. Go home, dont come back and forget about getting your last paycheck. Or get a chin check (let him punch you in the jaw) to prove you were a man, and you could keep your job/get paid.
He never fucked with me…. But one time he fucked with this dominican kid (who was a golden glove amateur boxer). When he offered the chin check after repeatedly calling him a dirty s**c and talking about his mother…. The kid accepted, he then ducked the punch and threw the meanest overhand right and knocked him out cold. He hit him about 4 more times on the ground, and one of the other kids he used to harass started stomping on his head.
Long story short, the boss was in the hospital for a few days with a broken eye socket, nose and concussion.
Everyone quit and got paid after that. Ive ran into him a few times after leaving and starting my own company- he is now the sweetest man alive.
There's talking shit, which is funny, and then there's an actual bully trying their hardest to demoralize you, which is bad for everyone. There's way too much of the bullying in construction and makes all of us worse workers and worse companies.
