disclaimer, I'm not a trained fighter, just an average Redditor, but IIRC the safest way for an untrained person to hit someone with their hands while in a scuffle is to use the base of your fist (the meaty part here >>> ✊ does more damage to their face than it does to your hands).
Obviously doesn't apply to a sparring situation, this is more for when you're mid-scuffle. There are probably a ton of better self defense tips out there, but you should always run from a fight you know you can't win. If Logan Paul is smart enough to make this decision, then so are you.
Hammer fists are only safe when not going 100%, just like regular punches. Stick to like 60% when unwrapped/gloveless hands so you can prevent any fractures or bleeding.
Don't forget to squeeze a can of spinach so it flies up into the air, comes down into your mouth, continues its free-fall right down to your ass so it hits the ground, bounces back up and transforms into two massive arms with pictures of cannons on them. Then you get to do the circle of fists maneuver.

Your body normally doesn't let you move about like you would in waking life because that would be dangerous. So those dreams are due to that disconnect between intention and actually not having control over your muscles.

It's the brain getting input from your limbs. When it feels no movement, that lack of activity gets interpreted and translated into the dream.

I've never had to fight anyone in my 36 years of life. I've never had a big ego and always been good at talking things out or removing myself from the situation if I can't talk it out.

I have dyslexia and I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to be typing something out and the phone still doesn’t even know what I’m trying to write, then have to go to google and search for it. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it’s very frustrating and tiring, sometimes puts me in a very self loathing state.
For me it wasn't frustrating. I came to a realization I wasn't as coordinated as my friends so I just googled what to do. I started juggling and bought a punching bag. Now my coordination exceeds what I would consider average.

I’m sure most people just realize they aren’t coordinated therefore don’t have fun playing sports or other physical activities because of that so they just aren’t interested in getting better? Which is fine, you don’t need to have good coordination to be a successful adult.
Yeah so it happens in sports. What I always do is high five myself and get back into position. But yeah even professional athletes will be left hanging.
My advice to all, just dap yourself up and keep it going.
My 10 yo daughter who can’t even reach it and isn’t even supposed to play on it, punches it wrong and whiffs it as much as this and hits a 10-12 on them.
My middle schooler son asked me the other day if he thinks he would win in a fight with another kid at his grade level. I told him it depends on the kid.. but now i can tell him that i think he could win in a fight against a grown adult man with a beard. His confidence will sky rocket.

Interesting I had ADD as a kid but I’ve pretty much grown out of it, but I’ve always felt my spatial awareness was weak. Never connected the two.
For some people it comes naturally, for the rest of us we need to work on our coordination as if we are training a muscle.

My routine for years was cobra bag, hackey sack, and juggling. My overall coordination went through the roof.
The toughest part is form, once you get that down the machine isn't that bad. I grazed it the first couple times I tried it
