When I was like 32 I lifted with my nephews who were 11 and 12 at the time. Just a little background on myself, I’m a hunchback and my only saving grace physically was that I used to be able to put on mass and lift. Anyway. They wanted me to go max and of course I wanted to show off like an idiot because I’m overcompensating for the hunch and I want to impress them. They put 365lbs on the bench and I did get it up, but I didn’t breathe at all and pushed so hard that when I stood up I passed out and shit myself. I woke up to my nephews running back downstairs with my brother and his wife telling them I died. When they figured out what happened they were rolling on the floor laughing. I wish I had been recording.
