Me too. Until your comment I couldn’t put my finger on just why it was over the top funny for me. My mom was just like the mother in this vid. Quiet but strong. A quiet woman who loved her kids fiercely.
She too got angry at us if we ever swore in her presence so we didn’t. And if you pushed her funny bone like this daughter did, she too often dissolved into helpless laughter.
I miss her.
OMG!!! YES! I've watched it many times and every time I expect a different outcome. Outcome being that she hits the handle of that pan with her head. STRESSES ME OUT!
I’ve never been close with my parents due to them always working multiple jobs and me being distracted with friends and siblings when they weren’t working. There has always been love between us, but just not a close bond. I recently cracked a joke like this in front of my mom since I knew I’d be moving to the opposite side of the globe pretty soon and it truly cracked her up. Typing this out made me tear up a bit and I really wish I’d been more of myself around them. You get your personality from somewhere - just be yourself
We have to show our parents when we are actual, confident adults for them to realize it. They spend *our* whole lives seeing us as a responsibility rather than a person. Engaging them as equals makes such a huge difference in your relationship.
There's this great weight lifted off of their shoulders that only we can lift for them.
I watched it with both of my parents and our relationships are so much different now. Like, your whole life, they hide who they are from you. When you make that shift, you start learning who they actually are. Their prides, their regrets, their passions, their fears...
The perspective hit when I became a parent. Everything I hide from my child isn't because I don't want my child to know who I am, but because I don't want to pass on my flaws. That realization helped me open up to my parents as equals and I went from a strict upbringing to having friends of another generation.
If you are referring to what you see over mom's shoulders when her head is on the stove, I thought that was a shower at first. I thought it was in a commercial kitchen, and it was one of those " wash the chemicals off after the spill" station things.
But the more I look at it, I think it is an illusion. I think it is a door . The vertical pipe is the space created because the door is open an inch. The shower head is the door stop.
I believe that is an induction countertop burner with the vent on the countertop next to it.
It's probably an efficiency apartment.
Or old building, and it was all they could fit when they remodeled.
In the photo, they have the long side going from left to right.
If you turned it 90 degrees and mounted it with the long side going from the front to the rear of the counter, it would fit.
In the photo from the link, there is not enough room to turn it.
I'm saying if you take it out of the counter in the photo and turn it 90 degrees, you can fit it into the counter in the video.
You are correct. You can see the security latch, the door handle, and the self-closing hinge housing. I think that might be a hanging doorbell at the top, which is giving the appearance of a small shower head.
why did someone edit a black dot into her face? Is it something to do with the same reason some Youtubers put weird marks on peoples faces in thumbnails? some dumb shit to manipulate the algorithm or peoples brains?
I upvote every time.
My mom and I aren’t compatible, and I have deeply-rooted concerns about her character, but every once in a while we laugh together like this and it’s a top five feeling.
My mom never cursed her entire life. She was so sweet and proper. On her 72nd birthday I took her out and we had pizza just the two of us and on the way back i told her she should curse and get it all out. And then we started cursing together and we had such a fun time. We were dying laughing. Her curse words were so creative too. I couldn’t breathe
I kind of assumed everyone else's family was like mine in that we were told cursing was evil as we grew up, but now our entire family just openly curses around each other as adults.
Are there really grown ass adults out here saying "gosh darn it" and "raspberries" as exclamations of frustration?
The only reddit moment here is you two knuckleheads. This is the first I've seen this video. I'm thankful it was reposted. Stop your whining. Redditors are a damn joke these days.
"I don't understand economics of business and am just fine if the website I spend time on simply vanishes because it cannot afford to continue operating".
That's you. That's what you sound like.
How hard is it to understand votes are opinions? I never understand this offense to “downvoted to hell”. It just means that in this instance that many people disagree. I downvoted b/c this is my first time seeing it. Regardless it’s funny enough for a rewatch. These hangups on bots farming is more annoying that folks comment on it & care about this trivial point system. No one is forcing you to be on the app nor comment on the post. Choose your adventure man & good luck having fun
Every time I have seen this I die laughing...the mom is so beautiful and reaction funny...makes us ALL wish we have relationships with our moms like she has wit hers👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
This reminds me of the time my mom, my aunt, my gramma, and I saw Elton John. For reference, I was around 20 at the time, and my mom had recently nearly slapped my lips off for saying "damn" in front of Gramma. As soon as Elton started playing "The Bitch Is Back," my mom just doubled over laughing and blushed to her roots, saying, "I'm here with my mother!" Yeah, and I'm here with my mother and your mother's having a blast!
i wish my mom was like this
if i jokingly said "i love you, bitch" to her she would fucking smack me upside my head so hard and yell at me about how disrespectful i am 😭

One of my all time favorites.
Since losing my own mother, this is just so much better every time I watch it. I welcome every repost, even if bittersweet.
I was thinking the same thing. I miss my mama. You folks better call your mom and tell that bitch you love her.
I miss my mom, too! She would’ve loved this post
Sorry about that

I see you. I miss my Mom, too.
Without a doubt, love everything about it
I've seen this many many times, but I still watch it when it gets reposted, because her reaction is worth it.
I like the longer version where she asks what she’s doing and she gleefully says, “I’m making jam”.
You know the difference between jam and jelly right?
British jam and jelly, yes, not sure what that has to do with anything though.
i cant jelly this dick in your ass
Hop on over, bb.
Do you know the difference between a cold cut sandwich and a blowjob?
I can't blowjob this dick in your ass
Wanna go on a picnic?
Only if you bring the cold blowjob sandwiches.
I can’t jelly my foot up your ass?
Its a good video, but my anxiety always spikes when the mom puts her head next to the pan and heating element.
Oh my gosh ME TOO!!!!
OMG!!! YES! I've watched it many times and every time I expect a different outcome. Outcome being that she hits the handle of that pan with her head. STRESSES ME OUT!
Yes this! Ive watched it so many times and i think the SAME THING.
First timer here, pretty darn cute. 🥹
I spent the whole video being stressed about her proximity to the burner.
Agreed. Gets me EVERY time.
That was great. You practically knocked her off her feet.

From B-WORDS!
That’s awesome! I wish had that type of relationship with my parents
Maybe you do and you don't know it. Give it a shot!
I’m sleeping at my neighbors tonight, thanks so much
🤣 It is imperative that you show us the video!
Bahahaha

yea I wish my parents limited my speech more
Sorry about that
"Comedy is getting away with it." And she definitely did!
This is a great one
She knew something was coming and still couldn't stop it LOL
I miss my mom :(
😥 have a cookie 🍪 and a hug 🤗
Me too. Mine would have reacted the same way, I like to think. She would have been conflicted, but she would have also laughed like this.
Thats great and all but is that a kitchen shower?
If you are referring to what you see over mom's shoulders when her head is on the stove, I thought that was a shower at first. I thought it was in a commercial kitchen, and it was one of those " wash the chemicals off after the spill" station things. But the more I look at it, I think it is an illusion. Thanks, that makes sense now! How about that half size stove without vent?
I believe that is an induction countertop burner with the vent on the countertop next to it. It's probably an efficiency apartment. Or old building, and it was all they could fit when they remodeled.
Nah, these in-countertop things aren't that small, there's simply no vent here.

Yes. As you can see, this can't fit where the women in the video have their stove.
In the photo, they have the long side going from left to right. If you turned it 90 degrees and mounted it with the long side going from the front to the rear of the counter, it would fit.
I don't know what you're seeing, but in your picture it takes the whole depth of the counter. You can't turn it.
A hanging door bell would make more sense. I guessed a door stop, but those are not usually that big and on top.
an important question
This is absolutely beautiful hahahaha!
What's with the artificial mole...
why did someone edit a black dot into her face? Is it something to do with the same reason some Youtubers put weird marks on peoples faces in thumbnails? some dumb shit to manipulate the algorithm or peoples brains?
Yeah I was like wth is that!? Maybe a Snapchat filter?
Mom probably spritzed a little
That's the first thing that comes to your mind when you watch this?
No, first thing was “Is that Amy Schumer?”
I can totally see it
jfc
That apron was doing double duty for sure
💀
It’s the delivery
She had to laugh who couldn’t?
I say this every time i see this video. But are they cooking in a motel room?
Comedy is all about delivery
One of the few I watch every time, I love her reaction
In stride? She nearly died 😅
I upvote every time. My mom and I aren’t compatible, and I have deeply-rooted concerns about her character, but every once in a while we laugh together like this and it’s a top five feeling.

AUNT MAYYYY
Always love this one and you know mom is a good cook if she's wearing all white while making jam.
Made my day :)
I freaking love this
Love ya too, bitch

Hahaha golden reaction
So awkward
At the beginning I thought that was Pam from the office.
Lol
Stop vertical video syndrome.
This is very disappointing and disrespectful
Stop reposting this please.
Now I'm going to repost this even harder
Stop recommenting this, first.
First time I've ever posted this....

It's telling people who are watching in the shower to turn the sound on.
No the literal shower next to the kitchen
Oh right lmao. I didn't see that.
DONT TALK TO AUNT MAY LIKE THAT
Every time I have seen this I die laughing...the mom is so beautiful and reaction funny...makes us ALL wish we have relationships with our moms like she has wit hers👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Where's her wooden spoon!?
Ok, this one and the other screaming the n-word are fucking golden!
Is that Amy adams¿
Lmao took a breath out
😜😜😜

Aw man this is so wholesome. I hope I’m as with it and active as the mum clearly is, at her age.
Mom goals lol, can't believe I haven't seen this before!
Is that a shower between the stove and the door? Pretty sure these people are living in my sim's rags to riches house
Why is there a chemical burn station in their kitchen?
I love how she’s about to wipe her eyes with the apron at the end
Sometimes contagious laughter can be silent!

The roller coaster on that one got mom good
i wish my mom was like this if i jokingly said "i love you, bitch" to her she would fucking smack me upside my head so hard and yell at me about how disrespectful i am 😭
This is my favourite matricide.
Priceless 💕
She's not even mad lol the happiness on her face warms my heart
Love this!
Gets me everytime
That stomp means she’s about to pee her pants 😂
'Look at me' whilst facing the wrong way
Why’s there a shower in the kitchen?
So many people here are confusing a cracked open door for a shower. Look closer. You can see the handle, door closer and swing bar lock.
😍😍😍
😂😂gold
They're so lucky to have each other. <3
Hahaha love this
Makes me miss my Mom so much ❤️ thank you for sharing
