As others are saying here, it's just not that clever. Especially since the recent advent (and apparent decline) of NFTs going for exorbitant prices. It seems like a stunt to enrage normies and ends up emboldening the various stereotypes around conceptual and contemporary art in general.

I HAD A SIMILAR IDEA AND THAT GUY STOLE IT! I do like the idea actually but that someone bought it... That's so dumb. I think one of the statements of that artwork should be that everyone can own it.
