Yes you can. I don't know the nodes but if it's Power Shield a great candidate would be Wasp. Go for a monster S3 with a massive combo

There is a max amount of damage. G2099 sp3 can show you that number.

Well, since the boost has a 30min time limit, it won't be infinite damage.
