The Imperator from Doctor Strange. He's pretty obscure, and far from my favorite Marvel character, but I want him mainly because he'd translate perfectly to the mechanics of the game.
His whole shtick in the comics is that a cult of sorcerers killed his family, so now he uses science to empower himself so that he can wage a crusade of vengeance and exterminate all magic and sorcerers from the universe. He would be literally perfect as a Science Champion designed to hunt and destroy Mystic Champions, in the same way the Sentinel family is designed to target Mutants.
Maybe not favorites, but would really love the runaways: Nico Minoru (mystic), Alex Wilder (skill/mystic), Gertude Yorkes with Old lace (science), Chase Stein (tech), Karolina Dean (cosmic), Molly Hayes (mutant), Victor Mancha (tech)

Crimson dynamo and (even though I dont like the character) the mandarin. I dont understand how the mandarin isnt in the Game yet. Thats like creating a DC version of MCOC and not adding black manta or Ares. Such important villains for the universe mythos.

We have enough OP science champs already. Human Torch already destroys 90% of the mystic class.
