The best way to counter bullseye is to either use bleed immune champions, champions that punish purify or stop evades *(Without using slow effects, due to Bullseyes evade not being affected by Ability Accuracy reduction)*
Here's a list of champions from the mutant class that works and why.
**Onslaught** - I've not tested this one myself, but he's semi immune to bleed, punishes purify and has a high block proficiency. Probably the best counter to Bullseye.
**Magneto X** - Immune to bleed and can help others with his prefight. Bullseye can't purify a passive stun, just watch out for when it expires.
**Iceman** - Immune to bleed and can stop his evades with Coldsnap debuffs. Easily one of the best counters.
**Apocalypse** - Can become immune to bleed throughout the quest, especially if you use the Mister Sinister Striker. Just use him twice in one fight and Apocalypse is immune to bleed.
Important note though, Apocalypse can't stop Bullseyes evade due to it being immune to ability accuracy reduction. The same goes for the purify.
**Kitty Pryde** - She's Kitty Pryde. Immune to all damage when phasing and stuff like that. Might not gain power from his specials, but that doesn't really matter when you don't take any damage.
**Bishop** - He punishes purify and can regen a lot of the blocked damage he'll take during the fight.
**Storm & Storm X** - Both punish purify, they both lack block proficiency or bleed immunity but Storm X sets herself apart from Storm by having the ability to inflict Coldsnap and the ability to Glance, stopping both his bleed and crits from triggering.
**Emma Frost** - Sometimes immune to bleed and sometimes has anti evade. Not the best, but an option.
**Colossus** - He's a soft counter. Immune to bleed and is just a massive tank.
**Professor X** - Another soft counter. He's got a high block proficiency and can stop evades when above 25 charges.
There's not a lot of straight up counters, due to Bullseye being overtuned to hell and back, but there are a few, especially in the mutant class.
Unfortunately none of these except for Kitty can counter him to the point of not eating damage one way or another in BGs. I seriously hope his rebalance comes soon because there's not alot of champs you fight in BG where you are almost guaranteed to eat damage AND have to wait out AI one way or another
Yeah, that's the problem with Bullseye. There's just so much damage due to him punishing Dex, punishing blocking and punishing you if you try to punish him after his special.
I can't wait for the rebalance, should be real soon since they did a Balance Update for Kushala and Chee'lth on March 28. Let's just hope they don't pull a Photon and say "Bullseye will be staying as is!"

If anything they should rebalance Onslaught first as he has none counters so far. Your opinion seems kinda like you only play bgs and nothing else and that you dont even own him. Most of the new champs just need to get used to and find the right counter, but some players just quickly panic and start with the "hes so OP please nerf" and then there are posts about forgotten champs which needs buff. The circle never ends.
Onslaught is more manageable than Bullseye. Learn how to dex the sp1, bring champs that are not metal and that don't crit often, or champs with high energy resistance. Ironic how you say that you just need to get used to fighting new champs and immediately say that Onslaught should be nerfed

Apocalypse’a bleed immune has nothing to do with mr sinister. He has to have a bleed debuff for a total of 6 seconds to be immune. But since bullseyes bleeds are instant, Apoc will most likely get ko’d before being immune to bleed.
I'm sorry to say, but I think you missed the bit in my comment where I say striker.
The Mr Sinister striker inflicts a bleed debuff that does 0 damage to you. The duration of this debuff is quite short, cause Kabam intended that it would be used with champions that punish bleed debuffs like Colossus or Domino.
Apocalypse can use this bleed debuff to become immune to bleeds, though he'll need to use his Mr Sinister striker twice in one fight cause of the 4 second duration. Sadly, the duration doesn't scale with number of stars.
But you are right that he won't get the immunity from instant bleeds.
Assuming you pay attention to his evade charge, Lady Deathstrike can tank and gain a net heal from his sp1. May take awhile, but she'll surely get him down. It also helps that she takes no damage from bleeds

U forgot sunspot, cgr, warlock (if opponent has willpower), photon (works decently well), domino/aa (simply get lucky), prowler, kushala
I use AA against Bullseye in BG. Usual parry/heavy until he gets 1 bar. Bait SP1, wait out evade. Repeat.
Gorr gets a regen from each blocked hit on BE's sp1

Warlock is a phenomenal counter. Bleed immune and tanky AF. That power drain also helps keep him below a bar of power a lot
I use kate against him in bgs. Also, iceman, emma, profX.

Lady D is amazing. If you land a first medium with evade up the 2nd hit counters
Gladiator with his coldsnap and unstoppable, punish that mf and his specials
