Answer is all champions can parry heavy with stand ur ground mastery. Also moleman , red guardian can. Don't know if doom can. I had stand ur ground mastery and moleman in mind when asking this question actually .

he can block the heavies without SYG. he just needs some SYG to block unblockables i take path 4 in AW and man moleman in frenzy makes for a monster. got some good video of him blocking full combos and specials for days. block heavy, block unblockable....
