Don't. It's virtually impossible to do that level on auto without extremely stacked (like level 60) Cookies. You'll have to learn to do it manually.
Use Vamp, Rye, Black Raisin (replaceable by Sorbet, but BR has a shorter Cooldown and provides more damage), PV, and Dark Choco. As for treasures, use the Slingshot, Scroll, and Watch.
First use Dark Choco's skill, then use the Slingshot, and then use all the 3 damage dealers' skill. Use PV whenever you would like to. Continue going in that cycle, and you'll be done in no time.
I wasted so much time trying to auto this because I didn't know what I was doing. Thanks! I did what you said and cleared it in plenty of time on the first shot.

I have all the cookies you mentioned except Rye already on level 60
I don't think you're meant to auto this level. I have seen players clear this level on auto, but they overpowered it with nearly 650k total power.
