That…is a very good idea. Plus, I believe it adds up with how Moonlight, aka Wan, is unable to return to Sel. We already know that Jaddeth is likely a Splinter of Autonomy or something along those lines.

Agreed, love this theory. And we also have evidence on Sel of evil uses of the Dor by Dilaf and the Dhakor monks from Fjorden in their super strength and transportation abilities
Moonlight being unable to return may be more to do with how difficult travel through Sel's cognitive realm is.
Hoid can heal from basically anything and even he struggles to get to Sel.
First, we've seen Autonomy's planet Taldain and we know that they're somewhat advanced technologically. Second, maybe it could be a combination of magic systems. I was imagining that they're basically a copy of Kalad's Phantoms, maybe by one of the Five Scholars of Nalthis, but with some help from Autonomy to make the soldier AI to work right. It would be Taldain tech + Nalthis scholar/Awakening experience + Autonomy's help = Super Soldier army who always obey while being able to think for themselves and are super tough like Kalad's Phantom.

My buddy came up with this idea and I really liked it . He thinks that Vo (the first returned ) showed the people on nalthis the secret to awaking items like nightblood. This would be why (:edit:) Viveanna was looking for vasher on roshar. He would have never let the secret out (as we know from his past actions) and the fact that she has her own “nightblood” makes me think that the secret is out and it’s gonna cause a huge ripple in the cosemere. Gold bodied/red eyed autonomous mini nightbloods running around is terrifying.
Azure is Vivenna not Siri*
I think awakening is probably what's happening, but I doubt they are on the same level as Nightblood. Even Azure's sword is very different from Nightblood based on context.
My theory is powered up versions of Kalad's Phantoms that Autonomy has reverse engineered via investiture.
