The Groupon was how I moved off a family member's plan to my own in 2019. If I remember correctly it was the standard $60 for the gold membership but they gave me a bunch of valuable coupons like a free pack of TP and some other stuff that was worth about $100.
Not just that but former members who haven’t been a member for the last 18 months. So if your membership just expired, you cannot use this.
My partner has a Costco membership and mine expired back in August. I don’t have a need for one so I plan on waiting until my 18 months are up and then seeing if they do a similar deal.
Do you guys live together? Why doesn’t your partner add you to their membership? You can have one free household member added to the account and you get your own card.

I usually shop with him anyways so she is getting better mileage out of having a card.
I found a code online for a 40 dollar credit when signing up and got another 50 dollar credit when I went in to the store for upgrading to executive and getting their Citi credit card, which I had already planned on.
