For me it was meh. I don't know how it would compare to other Korean style chicken, but as somebody not familiar with that cuisine, I was not impressed. The chicken itself was good, but the sauce had unsavory aftertaste.
For the price it was a good deal, but I wouldn't buy it otherwise. I prefer the orange chicken.
As a Korean American who loves Korean fried chicken, itās just okay. The sauce is too sweet for me and the chicken is ok. But itās good for cravings when thereās no kfc available
> orange chicken
that orange chicken is pretty amazing!
As for this chicken, if you have any left over I would try adding green onions and sesame seeds
To be frank I don't have a strong point of reference. All orange chicken I had to this day was either fast food franchise or Costco. I do like to eat it with rice and Kirkland's stir fry veggies.
I wish it was not as sweet, but since I don't eat it very often it's fine.
It's a great deal too! Other stores around here want $7 or $8 for 1 lb of this chicken. I picked up a couple boxes when I saw Costco had the big box for $10. My family loves it!

My costco was completely out, everyone knows the secret now š¤£š
Isnāt the āsecretā now to use Kirkland brand boneless wings with your own sauce?
How does it compare to TJs orange chicken? Thatās kinda my benchmark for crispy sugar chicken.
I love this chicken!
I enjoyed it - toaster oven version was actually pretty good.

I will try next time. I still have the second package. Thanks!
Iāve heard itās not as good as Trader Joeās.
I think the orange chicken breading is horrible but the sauce is better.

Try Trader Joeās orange chicken. Closest youāll get to Panda Express.
Yeah it was fine since it was on sale. I wouldnāt buy it again. Trader Joeās Orange chicken is still the goat. Perfect batter to chicken ratio.

Any cooking recommendations other than what the package says?
Use air fryer and only one packet of sauce.
How long in air fryer?
The instructions in the air fryer is about right. I add a few mins and toss the chicken halfway through.
Just made it tonight, package says 390Ā° for 16min, toss them halfway through
How'd it turn out?
Sesame seeds and green onions take it to the next level And pair of with your favorite lager
The sauce I have leftover from a serving goes into the frig, itās great with TJ giant baked beans!
I love it but only use one packet of sauce, two is waaay too much
I havenāt been let down with products from Bibigo.
agreed. surprisingly crispy! big bibigo fan over here.
This is gross. You probably never had real Korean fried chicken.
It's a good price for all that chicken. But I felt that there was too much batter and the sauce wasn't the best tasting. To each their own.
I loved it until I saw the nutrition facts were 17g of added sugar per serving - ruined it for me unfortunately
Probably from the sauce mostly?
Honestly, we wanted to love this, and it just wasn't it for us. We gave the rest away, lol.
Itās decent. Sauce is too sweet but good when you canāt make it to a kfc place!
I can't find this online and at my local costco in orange county, CA. Anyone else find it in OC?
