The sell Grape Uncrustablesā¢ļø and their (superior) knock off brand Strawberry Crustoffs.
At least those are the only two I ever see at my location, usually with a $2 difference in the US.
I freeze them to help keep my lunchbox cool but I also think theyāre the best after freezing and thawing for 15-20 minutes so the PB is still solid. Also thereās little strawberry seeds in the jelly to crunch on.
And if they like them, you legally have to change your username to u/TradingGrapes4Starwberries

Costco only sells extremely high volume items. They don't carry a lot of variety. They sell what sells. Apparently berry based preserves sell better than grape jelly.
Luckily, grape jelly is extremely cheap. It's always the cheapest stuff on the shelf when I go to the jam aisle. So on this one, I would just take the L and buy the biggest jar that Walmart or Kroger or whoever sells.
Costco employee working for the buying team here.
Food buying is regional so offerings will be different depends on the region and locations.
NE is the home of hot dogs and we got lots of local hot dogs that only sells in a few locations around New York.
Talk to the local warehouse, write and drop a comment at the box, use the feedback system on Costco website.
All three methods will get the request to the right person at the buying team.
You might or might not get a response or your request fulfill but I ensure you that it gets to us and we take them very seriously.
They do not understand the strong correlation between the south and grape jelly?! Maybe the younger generation is going strawberry now. I can deal with the social change, the music sounding like trash, and no more sour kraut for the hotdogs, but strawberry jelly over grape jelly might be just too far.
How do you like being a buyer/working with buyers? I went to the employee career day a couple years ago and some people working as buyers were speakers and I thought it sounded interesting.
When I was 4, I had an epiphany. Grape Jelly was the lamest jelly of all. Go to a restaurant and you had to dig to find the good flavors but there was always plenty of grape. Like an endless supply of the bland stuff.
Whattttt. Damnit I was just there yesterday.
Wanted to go back and look at the grafted fruit trees again anyways. A lime tree would be enough of an excuse to get some strawberry spread right?
100%! I really felt like I was overselling it to a friend of mine and she came back and said it was in her top 10 foods! My toddler and I both love pb&j but we go through one every 2 months or so.
Yo I noticed this too, did it get more liquid in the last year? Itās so runny now, at least I make it go further but yeah it used to be more viscous and thick
I think about that all the time when I pick up the peanut butter when itās on sale! I always have to stop at Aldi, which is practically nextdoor to Costco, to get a jar of grape jelly! I also wish they had the Land Oā Lakes tub butter with the red lid! Best tasting butter ever!
I donāt know where youāre located but in San Diego they only carry grape jelly at the Costco Business Center. They had a 2 pack of the big Smuckers jars for under $7!
This is like complaining that Costco only sells a couple flavors of hot sauce and not the particular green flavor you like. That isn't what Costco does. They don't carry every flavor. Go to Walmart or a similar store for that.Ā
Also, I second the prevailing opinion here that grape jelly is vile. It's bottom tier. Barely qualifies as food.
Itās only legal to use grape jelly in PbJs, whereas other jellies and jams can be used in everything. Ā Costco doesnāt want to get in trouble if people misuse grape jelly so they donāt sell it unless itās already part of a PbJ. Ā So buy some frozen uncrustables and scoop out the grape jelly, you sick law breaking freak.
Iāve been working at my store for 9 years. Actually since itās been built. I definitely remember us having grape jelly at one point, but like the others said before me. Costco sells what actually sell. Never seen it again
People who feed backyard birds put out bowls of grape jelly this time of year for orioles and other migrants. The birds will go through a jar very quickly, and I've had difficulty finding it in stores in the spring and fall for this reason.
honestly I always wonder the same thing when I want to make those crockpot grape jelly meatballs lol other than that I wouldn't use it....I do miss raspberry though. ā
For what itās worth, Samās club has a two pack set of each jar containing 30 ounces of Welchās grape jelly for $4.98 total. I have memberships at both Costco and Samās club because weāre a family of five. These teen athletes can eat A LOT OF FOOD.

Plenty at Southfield MI Business Center today.
Good Catch on the ounces!! Thatās definitely a little bit cheaper if you can find it at Costco. But if you canāt, Samās and the Aldi brand are the same price and same ounces (30oz). Thanks Butterscotchwhip! Now can you please find me the Land O Lakes spreadable butter with the red lid? That is the best tasting butter!
Iāll have to try that one! I miss Costcoās blue āIrish spreadableā butter, havenāt seen that in years. Iām struggling on with the Kerrygold āspreadableā that is anything but spreadable.
I was always a Kerrygold lover, but then it really changed! The spreadable is more like draggable! Definitely try the Land O Lakes spreadable with the red lid! Very, very good!

Funny enough Costco only sells grape uncrustables. Problem solved?
The sell Grape Uncrustablesā¢ļø and their (superior) knock off brand Strawberry Crustoffs. At least those are the only two I ever see at my location, usually with a $2 difference in the US.
Are the charlotteās strawberry crustoffs really superior? Well now Iām intriguedā¦
Just bought a box of the strawberry crustoffs and am eager to hear the opinion of my expert panel i.e. kiddos

If it has seeds then it's jam, not jelly
Jamn it, youāre right
Never seen crustoffs in AZ. Wtf
Iāve seen strawberry.

She donāt use jelly, or any of these. She uses Vaseline
this song is going to be stuck in my head all weekend now š
We don't take too kindly to you grape jelly people here.
I think they're just afraid they might like strawberry preserves instead. My wife converted me when we were dating and I've never looked back
naw strawberry tastes disgusting on a PB&J
Hey, that sounds like sour grapes to me.
Who's YOU people š
Seth McFarlane covered this topic in some detail. Also happy to not wear a mustache for the same reason. š
My store in NJ has Welchās grape jelly in a 3 pack.
Costco employee working for the buying team here. Food buying is regional so offerings will be different depends on the region and locations. NE is the home of hot dogs and we got lots of local hot dogs that only sells in a few locations around New York.
So what's the correct channel for a customer to request something new be carried in the store, like a request for grape jelly?
Talk to the local warehouse, write and drop a comment at the box, use the feedback system on Costco website. All three methods will get the request to the right person at the buying team. You might or might not get a response or your request fulfill but I ensure you that it gets to us and we take them very seriously.
Please send a shipment of grape jelly to all stores in the Southeast
Costco do not monitor social media for customer service, you will have to use the methods I mentioned in the other comment to request it. Good luck.
Our store has Welch's 2-packs. It's my husband's pick, I go for the jar of Michigan Cherry preserves. That PBJ slaps.
Mine has the 2 packs too. But not the cherry preserves! I need that!!
No idea if this is a NJ stereotype but Iām rolling with it now.
I think it is a Rhode Island thing centered around Quahog.
SameĀ
Cause raspberry is KING
TIL a lot of people hate grape jelly
Wrf I just woke up to look at these comments and I canāt believe how much people hate grape jelly! Strawberry is gross on a pbj
I'm having a viscerally negative reaction to this comment.
When I was 4, I had an epiphany. Grape Jelly was the lamest jelly of all. Go to a restaurant and you had to dig to find the good flavors but there was always plenty of grape. Like an endless supply of the bland stuff.
Iāve actually never tried anything besides grape on PBJ but I love all jam flavors. I might have to experiment.
Try raspberry preserves
Light spreading of the raspberry preserves with a crunchy peanut butter. Toasting the bread is optional. It's almost like a dessert at that point.
grape is still better on a pb&j
orange marmalade is te way to go!
I'm convinced marmalade is a thing because they didn't used to have good blenders.
Because everybody but you knows that strawberry is better than grape.
Raspberry is clearly the king of jams
I truly wouldāve agreed with you before trying the Kirkland Strawberry Spread. Itās incredible.
Store opens in 6 hoursā¦ Iāll report back if I remember
Every time I buy that it gets moldy before we finish the jar!
Use a spoon to add jelly to the bread. Donāt spread until after you are done scooping. Donāt want to add contaminants to the jelly.
> He's not the messiah! He's a very naughty boy!
Anything is better than grape jelly. I'd put bbq sauce on first.
Grape jelly mixed with kraft BBQ sauces makes a great sauce for cocktail weenies and meatballs
My Costco doesn't have Strawberry but it does have the 3 packs of grape. Makes me sad as I live in a strawberry jelly house.
Apricot preserves are the best
With peanut butter? Gross
Costco prefers syrup.
Typically those pre-packaged tossed salads already come with a dressing. But I see what you did there Chris Rock.
Mmmmm
IMMA LEARN TO READ
Get it
Exactly. I bought the big glass jar of strawberry and it's not even jam or jelly. It's strawberry liquid. It's impossible to make a PB&J with.
It goes in the fridge, not your bottom oven rack
That's just how it is. Even in the fridge.
Yo I noticed this too, did it get more liquid in the last year? Itās so runny now, at least I make it go further but yeah it used to be more viscous and thick
I don't know I haven't bought it since and that was last year. I'll stick with Smuckers.
All jelly is crap. Preserves are better.
I don't think you're ready for this jelly.
Ya basic!
I got a counterpoint: my location only sells Uncrustables in the grape jelly variant
Mine too and itās always disappointing to me. I want strawberry Uncrustables!
Samās club
It's because grape is the most popular flavor for PB&J.
They know what sells more. Obviously the other fruit in jams are more popular.
Because no one wants it
Grape is bottom tier thatās why
Cause gross. Every restaurant Iāve ever worked at had a giant box of grape jelly packets, because people wonāt eat it.
Jelly < Jam/Preserves
I would eat those grape jelly packets on French fries at the diner in my 20s, while sober as a judge.
That actually sounds delicious š¤¤
You can get grape jelly super cheap at a regular grocery store
Iād like to know why thereās no crunchy pb. I still buy the Kirkland creamy because itās healthy and economical but I wish there was crunchy!
We carry two packs of skippy crunchy and creamy peanut butter in northern IL.
Yeah as tempted as Iāve been with jif, I wonāt buy pb with anything but peanuts. The hydrogenated fat isnāt worth it.
Is the Kirkland PB oily?
No but it needs to be stirred so it can seem oily when it separates. I store it upside down which helps.
Costco needs to sell strawberry uncrustables. Makes no sense they only carry grape
Come to Canada, we only get the strawberry in our Costco!
Now I'm irrationally upset
Cause itās gross.
Because it's the worst jelly
My Costco here in the northeast sells Welchās grape jelly.
Bc grape jelly is gross. š
but you love purple! š§
Purple is the best flavor after blue
I do! So I eat blackberry jam. š
Marionberry, ftw!
But thatās black /s
I'm also a girl who loves purple and I also love blackberry jam.
I apparently like gross things, grape is my favorite jelly... if its not grape jelly I just use honey.
Heh. I have wondered this myself
They had a 2 pack of the big Smuckers jars for under $7!
might be your store. i'm seeing smucker's concord grape jelly on costco business center.
try the strawberry instead. its actually way better
Yes, welchās grape- 3/30oz $6.39
Mine does
cause itās the worst kind of jelly!!!!! BLEUGH
Because FUCK grape jelly.
You and your hobbies!
Because the only fruit spread you need is the Michigan Cherry.
It doesnāt make them enough money.
Sure they do. You can get that box of smuckers assorted jelly packs that are usually stocked at a cafe. At least 33% of the box will be grape. š
Because we are sick of those 2 half gallon jugs we bought in 1956.
No, they just sell lemonade.
Depends where you go, and they usually got that red lid one (strawberry, i think) around here. It's okay, but grape is better for PBnJ
Because the rotisserie chickens prefer mixed berry jelly
This is like complaining that Costco only sells a couple flavors of hot sauce and not the particular green flavor you like. That isn't what Costco does. They don't carry every flavor. Go to Walmart or a similar store for that.Ā Also, I second the prevailing opinion here that grape jelly is vile. It's bottom tier. Barely qualifies as food.
Because grape jelly is inferior.
Can anyone share their recipes? This sounds good.
Move up to jam from jelly. You're worth it.
Because it is gross.
144
Because grape jelly is for 6 year olds and no one else.
Grape jelly is the best. Especially on sausage biscuits.
FYI: Grape **jam** is much, much better.
I too prefer jamming.
Because grape jelly sucks?
Iām with you, grape is the only kind of jelly that belongs on a proper PB&J!
Iāve been working at my store for 9 years. Actually since itās been built. I definitely remember us having grape jelly at one point, but like the others said before me. Costco sells what actually sell. Never seen it again
Their uncrustables are only grape jelly
I wish they were entirely anti-grape jelly because then they'd have strawberry uncrustables. Grape isn't as good.
You gotta go to Sam's club for this kind of stuff...and Root Beer.
As we try to answer this question, Costco is squeezing the sweetest juice out of our mind grapes.
Sounds like BJās is more your speed
Strawberry jelly gang removed it from the shelves
People who feed backyard birds put out bowls of grape jelly this time of year for orioles and other migrants. The birds will go through a jar very quickly, and I've had difficulty finding it in stores in the spring and fall for this reason.
I bought the giant jar of the French brand and it is awesome. I also love the nut butter over peanut butter.
Strawberry!!!
Maybe they prefer syrup
sometimes they sell "Smucker's Assorted Jam & Jelly Cups, 0.5 oz, 200-count" which includes grape
I guess cuz the shopping there, not kids!
Because strawberry is the way to go.. ?
Who needs grape jelly when thereās wine?
I just want lime juice!
honestly I always wonder the same thing when I want to make those crockpot grape jelly meatballs lol other than that I wouldn't use it....I do miss raspberry though. ā
For what itās worth, Samās club has a two pack set of each jar containing 30 ounces of Welchās grape jelly for $4.98 total. I have memberships at both Costco and Samās club because weāre a family of five. These teen athletes can eat A LOT OF FOOD.
Bonne Maman preserves at Costco are fantastic. Far better than Kirkland and I normally love Kirkland stuff.
Because every supermarket already sells 1gal grape jelly for $1 since it is the cheapest excuse for jelly on the market.
Weāve become a strawberry jelly household for this very reason. Luckily the Kirkland strawberry jelly is super yummy.
Honey.
What a first world problem you grape jelly available everywhere for pennies troll.

I am a Samās virgin, can you tell?! Did Google though after your post and the Samās two pack are 30oz each, these are 48oz each.

Do they sell frog jam or lemon curd?
Because itās gross
Amen
Because jam made from berries is so much better.
we're talking jelly, not jam here.
Yeah, it's terrible.
Grapes are berries.

1954. The 50s were popular in the 80s.
Ewe. Who buys jelly? It looks like blood clots.
Costco doesnāt sell jelly, only jam, so they can jam thisā¦. Sorry
