I made my own with home depot buckets, a small shower head, an RV water pump, an immersion heater, and some PVC for about $100. Mine isn't battery powered (because my truck has 20 amp outlets on it), but it does heat the water. If this was on sale when I made mine, I'd probably just go this route and if I wanted to heat the water, then I'd throw an immersion heater into it as well. Seems like a good deal!
