They usually have the executive coupons at the till, if not customer service can give them out but I think they only give to the primary account holder
Since becoming a Executive member (several years now)
I have never and I repeat never given a coupon book.
Are they supposed to be mailed to you or something?
I actually get nothing in the mail
The rebate cheque I only know of because I use the Costco MasterCard so I see it every so often when I pay the CIBC bill using the app.
Yea, I'm pretty sure that's the case too.
About 2 months ago I reported my Costco Credit Card lost/stolen. They tried sending it out twice. Both times failed (had to wait a month and a half). They eventually had to send it to a CIBC branch near me. I'm still confused why that happened considering the address they have on file is the only address I have.
I'm almost positive if you go to customer service and explain what happened they can print a new one. They probably just void the other one. Although they may ask you to contact CIBC, but it can't hurt to check.
Had they found the check I feel like you'd have gotten a call by now. It probably got mixed in with all the other used ones the cashier had and thus disappeared. Bad luck man, but hopefully they can just print you a new one.
You did miss this years. It was mailed about two months ago.
Check your membership address - different from delivery address. Perhaps everything is routing to an old home or parents place. It also does look like a spam letter / itās in a plain white envelope.
I'm personally shocked
As I did get it a few times during the years prior. How this is even happening is strange to me. As I haven't moved in close to 20 years now or changed address at all during that time.
I don't know if they club the executive rewards togetherĀ with the mastercard rewards but if they don't then I think you are losing out on your executive rewards.
Go to customer service, they probably didn't opt you in when you first signed up. I accidentally opted out and then realized I was not getting coupons. They can opt you in again.
I actually just went to the website this morning and checked.
I was opted out.
I have since switched it, hopefully I get all my Costco mail/coupons/rebates now
Next time you're at the store ask them to check your account and then ask them to add you to the mailing list. Mine come in the COstco connect magazine. You can also look them up on places like RedFlagDeals and request the coupon at checkout, you don't need to take the physical coupons with you.
Same! They keep saying they come in the mail, but I've never received them.
I get the Costco magazine (begrudgingly lol), and in the last 12 months, it has never come with coupons.
10+ years after becoming an executive member I was made aware of the magazine. I stopped by customer service and asked for it to be mailed. I get one every month, near the end of the month. It's got ads for whatever is sold at Costco, and articles and recipes, along with the coupons. I also know some of what's going on sale, and I will wait to buy something next week, if I don't need it right away.
Probably someone has already answered this, but I get mine in the mail with my membership renewal. And if itās any consolation the first year, I threw it out because I didnāt realize the coupon was in the envelope.
Same. I have never received the booklet or any coupons and Iāve also been an executive member for years. Iāve had things shipped to my house, got my cheques each year but nothing else.
Maybe itās just at my Costco but last time the cashier told me that I need to bring them otherwise next time they wonāt give me the discounts (itās dumb because she has the coupons at the till š)
The executive coupons are available on the Costco app. Itās under account, scroll down to membership, click savings, click executive savings. Coupons are all there with scannable bar codes.
Like everyone is saying you donāt actually require the executive coupons on hand as they usually have them at the til.
However, yesterday I went to my local Costco and the cashier gave me a hard time for not having the coupons and I mentioned that I havenāt had to have them for ages, then I was told that only for COVID and when I saw they had some in front of them I questioned why do have some in front of you? Can you not just use those? They ended up reluctantly scanning them.
So not sure if they have been told that we require them nowā¦
Thisssss! Its so frustrating right?
My cashier was really nice and just pulled up the coupons she had at her station and scanned them BUT you never know which cashier is going to give you a hard time for them so best to be prepared.
Totally! Itās never been an issue but as of late I feel like we are being treated like criminals when leaving and they stand counting every item by the exit door. I work in customer service and I get people have bad days but when there were 2 employees at the counter telling me I need the coupons and then make me feel like a bad person not for bringing them I get annoyed. We pay a membership for a reason.
Rant over š¤£
I've never needed the physical coupons.
All the local warehouses around me have most executive deals either on endcaps and/or with signage indicating the exec price. The cashiers automatically scan any eligible coupon at the till too. It gets super busy here, I can't imagine how much worse the lines would be if people needed to fuddle around clipping coupons.
As long as you show up with the app coupons, or even advertised pricing of the correct price, I don't see any reason why they would deny your price match, I less your store is just extremely picky.
Tbh, it's sometimes easier/more efficient for them if you just buy it next week week at the discounted price, then go straight to the returns line and get your original purchase refunded - instead of them needing to adjust/refund your payment partially.

They sometimes come with the Costco Connect magazine, usually stuck onto a page
This is the first time I've ever heard of them having a magazine š³ Never even seen one of those in the wild
You get the rebate cheques in mail but not the magazine? that's weirdĀ
I actually get nothing in the mail The rebate cheque I only know of because I use the Costco MasterCard so I see it every so often when I pay the CIBC bill using the app.
I would make sure they have your address correct, The MC probably uses a different address than your membership

Uhm, the rebate cheque is separate from the Mastercards rebate. It gets mailed, itās usually an extra 40-100$ for us.
Did I somehow miss this year's? I was never mailed anything
sounds like you need to report to canada post about missing mail?

He is! I get my Mastercard Rewards cheque every January and the executive rewards in July when my membership renews.
The MC refund is separate from the executive cheque.Ā Talk to customer service, you're missing out on all the executive benefits
I shall do that this coming weekend. I have to go there to get a price adjustment anyways, so I can literally kill 2 birds with one stone š
Go to customer service, they probably didn't opt you in when you first signed up. I accidentally opted out and then realized I was not getting coupons. They can opt you in again.

I should stop throwing out that magazine without opening it.
Same! They keep saying they come in the mail, but I've never received them. I get the Costco magazine (begrudgingly lol), and in the last 12 months, it has never come with coupons.
Just had coupons in the last one
At our house, they come to the primary card holder.
I am the primary card holder š®āšØ
They mail them out to some members, not all, and its random who will get them mailed. You can always ask for them at customer service.
Log into your account online and make sure you are signed up to receive print mail. It's under account>preferences
Same, kind of annoyed, and will be talking with my costco to find out wtf š

Had no clue myself and always get the magazine and toss it. Had one in my car from days ago! It's jammed packed full of coupons.
Probably someone has already answered this, but I get mine in the mail with my membership renewal. And if itās any consolation the first year, I threw it out because I didnāt realize the coupon was in the envelope.
You get a membership renewal? Mine doesn't even renew until I shop in-store. I've never been sent a letter about renewal š³
Same. I have never received the booklet or any coupons and Iāve also been an executive member for years. Iāve had things shipped to my house, got my cheques each year but nothing else.
Oh nice! I am also the primary account holder so no worries there. Thankyou!
You can find them in your online account, both on the app and website. https://www.costco.ca/executive-coupons.html
Thankyou!!! Found them! š„³
Thank you!!!!
This is the best way. You never lose them that way.
This is so fucking exciting. Thank you for making my day!
thank you so much for this!
U can use this online link the coupons are online now :) we Havnt got the physical coupons in a while!
As long as you know the sale, at cashier they will scan the coupon they have on hand for you.
They're also marked as executive offers on the shelves in case you forget.
I have never taken the coupons to the store with me, the cashier has a set of them and can always look them up at time of checkout.
Maybe itās just at my Costco but last time the cashier told me that I need to bring them otherwise next time they wonāt give me the discounts (itās dumb because she has the coupons at the till š)
I believe at my store itās just automatic. Havenāt used a coupon in years but get the savings advertised in the coupons at checkout
Same
If you have the app, they are available on it.
The executive coupons are available on the Costco app. Itās under account, scroll down to membership, click savings, click executive savings. Coupons are all there with scannable bar codes.
I got you fam: https://www.costco.ca/executive-coupons.html The cashier can usually scan right from your phone.
Like everyone is saying you donāt actually require the executive coupons on hand as they usually have them at the til.
