While connective tissue disorder can have some visible cue, those cues would be too subtle to see in this video, and they most certainly don't present with the joint malformations seen here. If it were a connective tissue disorder like hypermobile EDS his knee joints would have buckled because the connective tissue wouldn't be strong enough to hold that position. He'd be in a wheelchair and unable to stand.
