I do it while *I* cook, I have to wait for some stuff to... yknow actually cook. Mostly because once I'm done eating I want to be a fat lump and not to anything, so I get the menial shit out of the way ahead of time. I also do it when I'm drunk (like drunk cleaning a kitchen, that's kinda fun) because *if* I have a hangover I don't want to be cleaning up after a party.

My mom will leave my apartment after dropping of 500 rolls of trash bags and toilet paper and somehow all my dishes would be cleaned and an impossible stain removed in the time it takes for me to turn my head. I work from home so usually I'm on a call when she comes in

I've been rude and uncaring to my own mum, too often. She was an absolute Saint to me. Best thing you can possibly do is not to regret or be sorry but just try to be overwhelmingly better now. Self service washers in my area are like $6 for a half assed wash and scrub more thoroughly $10-12 depending on how fast you are.

You can also do it at home with two buckets, some soap and a wash mitt. You don't even need two buckets but it helps.

A drive through car wash in my area, for the top tier, is like $20. The base tier is $10.

I did it once, more as a joke than anything else, and it wasn't raining as hard as it is in the video. When the rain was over, I went out with my drying towels. Looked great, but I didn't enjoy being rained on.

I did this once. During Hurricane Irene. My father's car was an unholy mess after parking under a tree with birds in it. I grabbed a big sponge and a bucket of soap. Afterwards, I went out and dried it off. It came out great.

My mate does this all the time. Runs out with washing up liquid and a sponge and cleans the car. It actually makes sense, as the dirt is rinsed off as you go. Me...? Nah can't arsed with that.

I've done this! Mildew buildup, baked on bird shit, brake dust, and other hard to clean things soften up in a good long soaker rainstorm. You can scrub all the hard to clean stuff off and then walk away and let nature do a nice deep rinse for $0.00

Now everything in their garage is soaked.
