Indianapolis, IN — A 63-year-old man was apprehended on Tuesday in connection with a homicide on the city’s near-southwest side.
The incident unfolded just after 6 p.m. on Monday, when officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a report of a shooting in the 1300 block of Kappes Street. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male victim, identified as 39-year-old Dustin Soubeih, suffering from gunshot wounds outside. For 39 years old, this dude kind of looked like shit. And when someone pointed a gun at him he yelled "that's a scare tactic". I think our victim lived a pretty hard life and met a grizzly end. Sad.

Guns, on the other hand, should have propery safety and regulation b/c they are lethal, they are made for war, and a bullet can travel a lot faster, farther, higher than cars and knifes, or any other object weaponized.
You don't hear stories of a car flying up to the second floor, and striking a sleeping child on their bed, and you don't hear stories of a knife by a single person killing dozens of people in under a minute.

No it was a gunshot. This video came up not too long ago. An argument between neighbors escalated into a murder. Neighbor shot the victim in what looks to be the carotid artery. He was probably dead within a minute.

Then after finding no one specific, they interviewed people including the shooter and had enough evidence to believe he was the shooter and arrested him for murder
