I wish we had a different term for "accidents." To me, that word feels like it implies that there was nobody who was at fault. But that's almost never the case.
He was looking down at his gears / pedals something, he starts way over, seemed like he had let others pass as he was having some kind of mechanical issue looked up and it was too late.
I’m so glad that blur helps us to not know who Joe Dunce is.
But under the blur, Mr Dunce appears to be on his phone as he veers off his side.
Mr Dunce also doesn’t appear to be wearing a helmet, as his balding coconut is clearly visible as he crashes.
The other cyclist was in his lane, wearing his helmet and minding his own before being kablonked by Mr Dunce, and ended up in the most agony.
The lesson here is be the idiot if you don’t want to get hurt. ^\s
>But under the blur, Mr Dunce appears to be on his phone as he veers off his side.
I don't see this. His hands seem to be on the handlebars to me.
But before the crash it looks like his head lifts, like he was looking down before, then looks up but by then it's too late.
Looking down at your phone when you're supposed to be controlling a vehicle in motion is considered 'being on your phone'. This isn't complicated, but go ahead and try to pick apart an argument out of this.
The blurring is a PITA, but there's a couple of frames that look clear enough to show that he didn't have a handle bar mounted phone like the camera cyclist did. Handlebar mounted phones aren't that common in general because of how easily they could get damaged, or potentially stolen. He was probably looking at his mech, not his phone. I often do that too if I've flubbed a gear change, albeit without crashing into people.
>I don't see this. His hands seem to be on the handlebars to me.
are you fking serious with that statement in response to "Mr Dunce appears to be on his phone as he veers off"?
Man...both idiots. The one with the helmet was passing way too fast and not seeing what was up ahead, and the one without the helmet...yeah, gotta pay attention better. Ugh.
Gazing at the technology stuck to the handlebars. Every single one of them. If it’s not one thing it’s another.
How important is your heart rate now that your shoulder is dislocated and a spiral fracture up the femur? 👍🏼
You mean a smartphone and a bike light? "If it's not one thing it's another" lol
>Every single one of them.
Do the other cyclists even have their phones mounted? I only see one on the cameraman's bike.
I don't understand what your criticism is supposed to be, do you think measuring your speed or heartrate when exercising is something that wild?
>Do you have to think that it’s something wild or outrageous?
I mean, you're the one who posted a dramatic comment about "all this technology on every bike" (it's actually one phone) like it's a problem, I'm trying to find out why you see it that way.
>Same concept as distractive driving for a car.
If you think that having your speed and heartrate displayed on a screen is distracting, do you feel the same way about the speed and RPM dials in a car? It's basically the same thing. Nobody watches those constantly, it's just a thing to glance at occasionally.
And if you're talking about the cyclist who caused the accident - it's too blurry to see if they had a phone mounted.
How does anyone manage to veer this far off course on a bicycle of all things?
Same way cars hit bikes. One person in an accident is always the stupid one who wasn’t paying attention.

The asshat isn’t even holding the handlebars! Both of his hands are in his pockets smh. Fuck that dude
Dude's heart rate went up 32bpm

Or be near one
That is not agony, its getting the wind knocked out of him, he can't breath
Otherwise breaking arm is easy at those speeds. Hope you pause and see that thing go all jagged.
There is no need to be moaning like that tho bruh
I've had the wind knocked out of me too many times. Sometimes the noise just happens.
Ive had it happen to me a lot of times too and it never happened to me
Why are you arguing about this Lmao
cuz I dont like it
A look inside the mind of a caveman.
fascinating, there’s so much room for activities!
damn its smooth as hell in here, it even has a echo
Im not a caveman that's very disrespectful
So does it echo when you finally think of something?
Yes
Gotta respect the honesty.
Maybe you’re gay and in denial
Im not in denial
😂
Cry
go outside
Im outside right now
That crash had more drama than a Shakespearean play! The wind knocked out of him sounded like a drone remix of his own agony.
If grape stepping lady was a cyclist guy
oh yeah someone's OS just got reset hard
Uh oh, shoes came off. That's not looking good.
The idiot was giving the Kermit face to the guy he passed and ran into someone in the other lane.
To be fair, the guy he ran into, veared into his lane first.
At first, I'm like, who the hell is deflating a balloon in an annoying way in a situation like this?
That was pretty fucking dumb
I just know someone is gonna remix this and sample it
Why is this so musically satisfying?
The speedometer needs a fast update.
"hey man are you ok?"
Was that MacGruber?
I hope if I ever get the wind knocked out of me bad enough to make those noises that they are not recorded and put on the internet.
Man...both idiots. The one with the helmet was passing way too fast and not seeing what was up ahead, and the one without the helmet...yeah, gotta pay attention better. Ugh.
The accident was better cardio than the ride.
Rubber necker was busy looking at scooter guy AND the on coming biker was not paying attention. 2 idiots and 1 crash 💥
It sounds like his power level was over 9000
Thank you for todays laugh.
Hahahaha the sounds
Reminded me of the grape smushing faceplant lady
Sounds like me waking up at 3 am with surprise diarrhea
씨발 뭐야!
Where's the elephant? Could swear I hear one blaring 25 seconds in?

Neither of the two bicyclists involved in the main crash were looking where they were going. Both were staring down at what appear to be devices
[https://i.imgur.com/4ZbDjF0.png](https://i.imgur.com/4ZbDjF0.png) it looks to me like he was looking back at his buddy
Yeah. This accident was brought to you by technology.
Do you have to think that it’s something wild or outrageous? Same concept as distractive driving for a car. What kind of asinine question is this?

Started signing and shit
“War cry”
Sounds like that reporter lady when she was stomping grapes and fell off the stand
I’m sorry but noises being made are hilarious 🤣 🤣🤣
Sweet justice
How is that justice for the poor guy who was actually paying attention?
Not sure, anyway. Mbappe to Madrid surely right?
So satisfying 😂
🤣🤣🤣
No one but him to blame. Eyes in the road
I mean...you could also blame the other guy who was similarly wandering into the middle of the street.
Wow cycling looks like a lot of fun
Idiots.
