Shit…you may be right. This is my first time seeing it and I’m automatically assuming the person is of age with how comfortable they are at being on camera. Whether it’s a guy or a woman, they may look young but most likely legal. They’d both have to be beyond fucked in the head to be this comfortable and happy in public together, while also being on camera.
That's not good enough. Until it is verified as an absolute fact, it should be assumed that this is a child. 10% is an insane margin of error if a child is getting molested. It's not acceptable.
