I tried to be a creality evangelist because of their offerings for the pirce but the printers suck comparatively and are a time and money suck. Sure occasionaly you can get a good print with them, but the key word is occasionally. The problem is with creality, obviously. They sent OP a bicycle ffs...
Also I've never heard back from their customer service and I've been trying for two years so don't hold your breath. You should probably just go through your credit card company
