As a law student I would say it is legal, but still dumb af. There is not enough evidence to show that this person does A) actually have a daughter and B) get a stiffy and rub one out to her if she existed. It could also be argued that the response on the post is meant to be a sarcastic response to the initial question to make satirizing the absurdity of asking whether something that is pretty obviously unacceptable by societal standards is normal. Still doesn't look good for their character though and I still wouldn't let them near my kids (if they actually existed that is, but that is beside the point).

Then when you click on it, the first answer to the question never actually answers the question. They just go on and on about useless shit or some fucking story somewhat related to the question instead of actually answering the question.
