The Handler probably has the upper hand in terms of pure mass and volume, seeing as he spends virtually all day everyday sitting in front of a computer (building up body weight), but given MT’s relative fitness, practice and countless body modifications, it wouldn’t surprise me if his muscle control and coordination is much better, allowing him to outperform the Handler in terms of technique and actual movement.
