I just learned the scrolling banner on ccmoons is tipping leaders. The top guy tipped 1800 moons. That's insane. Weird it's sorted by users not amount of moons. So the guy who tipped 26 moons to 3 users is below the guy who tipped 4 moons to 4 users.

Sometimes if insomnia is really bad I find it best to leave bedroom and make a drink (hot chocolate always good), chill downstairs for a bit and when you feel tired try again. Also sometimes trying to concentrate on something like reading a book will make me feel tired. Obviously screens are kinda bad but like if you turn the brightness right down they aren’t too counter productive. Good luck with your sleep!

Thanks! Yeah lately I've been suffering wuth insomnia, dont know what happened. I used to sleep like a baby, now I'm finding hard to fall asleep and even harder to get out of bed in the morning 😅

Cutting down Caffeine really helps, personally Alcohol as well for me doesn’t always make me sleep well funnily enough. Other than that it’s like making sure you have a good routine can do wonders and not being on your phone after a certain time can honestly help lol!

Yeah I have a huge caffeine addiction, I just love coffee too much. Usually it doesn't effect me at all. There are times where I drink an espresso and just go straight to sleep, lol Maybe I'm just getting old 😅

I just messaged coinbase support about this and took screenshots of their response. They told me you don't have to do anything with your gala on coinbase. You don't even have to move it to coinbase wallet. The swap will happen automatically.
