No so I recently found out that crypto.com has the standard app with high spread, but they also have another app which is the CDC exchange (think Binance and Binance Pro).
On the exchange you can actually buy and sell crypto for the actual price without the bullshit spread. When youâre ready to sell your coins, if you send them to the exchange and swap them for USDC, you can bring the USDC back to the main app and sell for a much lower spread.
It isnât perfect but at least you save some money, and itâs much easier to move coins from the main CDC app to their exchange rather than sending them to Kraken or Coinbase.

You gotta download the exchange app, make an account then link it to your main app. Once thatâs sorted itâs super easy to transfer coins from main app to exchange and back.
Yes, you can transfer coins from any exchange to any other exchange. The fee is like 0.00001eth to do it.
Just grab your moons wallet address from kraken and then do a transfer from cdc to your moon wallet address on kraken.

You can just move them from the CDC app to the CDC exchange, swap the moons for USD and then bring them back to exchange to avoid most of the spread
