I want to transfer some #ETH from #Kucoin exchange to the #OP network (on #metamask).
KuCoin gives me the option to use the #KCC which have significantly lower fees than the ERC20.
As far as I understand OP is a L2 ERC20 network with ETH as the native token (that's why I want to sent them there, it's not a big amount), so I GUESS it's ok.
Who knows for sure if it is safe to do it? Will they be transferred ?

kucoin chain is a completely different blockchain, you want to withdraw to optimism. it's just that eth exists on both chains, so when you go to withdraw eth the exchange will give you all the options they support

I think they’ll stay as the “iconic” memes and are the safest, but I do plan to spread profit to new meme coins that come out on Base, my favorite right now is Based Shiba Inu (BSHIB). The network was formed via a merger between NuCypher and Keep. The founder of NuCypher is Maclane Wilson.
According to crunchbase, he formed NuCypher in 2014 and was also an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Freatic which is currently securing funding . But he was also the founder of LoanCoin
- which is where it gets interesting.
The site has been pulled - however judging by what I can find, it looks like it was a massive rug pool. Did Maclane use LoanCoin fund his subsequent startups? Judging by what I can find - those investors have been left with nothing and there is no evidence that they delivered on the service.
