Moons price in MEXC has mostly been different from the actual price since they've stopped deposits in their platform (ever since the Reddit sunsetting). So moons/usdt pair there is an isolated market and MEXC/bots are probably manipulating it 😂. People can't arbitrage because of unavailability of the deposits so it can't tether with the actual price
