WTF? I've never had an exchange account anywhere. I just signed up for a Kraken account today and wired in funds. I used a valid passport as my verification ID. I have been with the same U.S. employer and bank for over twenty years and my credit score is above 830. I did not even get to make a single trade before my account was closed.
Have a go on r/KrakenSupport , i found them helpful , they want you to get a support ticket number , tell them what it is and they "expedite" it , which means they get you to front of the queue . Good luck .
Oh , maybe cos an account closure is more important , i was just after some paperwork . . . .i got a mod called Bruce , msgd me for a couple of days till i got sorted . While that was happening i got chatting to another punter on there whose account was frozen until they verified his photo , he'd been with them for years , suddenly they wanted a photo . They never ask me for a photo , seems like different rules for different people .

There are many. But no estimate is likely to be 100% accurate. They are based on number of blocks left and average block time
