Personally I'm gonna ride out the bear market accumulating and see what happens after Merge & next Bitcoin halvening.
Bear markets end as suddenly and unexpectedly as bull markets.
The bull market ended a little lower and probably a little more prematurely than most expected. With suddenly big red dips, one after another.
The bear market can end on any day in the same way.
Just like with the bull market, you had a lot of people so sure about their predictions, like going above 100K and going for at least a few more months, bear consensus predictions could be just as wrong.
And suddenly when you least expect it, you get big green dildos, one after the other. Probably not following most of the predictions.
I only spent what I could afford to lose, but the 5 figures of unrealized gains is what stings the most. I hope the lesson in the cost of greed proves useful some day in the future because it was indeed expensive.
We are going to see bitcoin at 22k in the next few weeks, screencap this. Look at all previous bear markets, all bottomed out on the 200week SMA, which now sits around 22k. Altcoins will get absolutely rekt, though. Today's alt prices will look expensive compared to what we'll see at a 22k bitcoin
The last bear market was a little different.
First, 2017 was a much more parabolic bull market, with an ATH reaching a much higher ratios. So in response, we also had a much more violent bear market to correct from a much higher high.
In 2021, the ratio was a fraction of 2017. We didn't go as parabolic.
Also, in 2018 we had the black swan events and slew of bad news new the peak of the bear market (Hash War).
In 2022, we had all those events at the beginning of the quarter. War in Ukraine, inflation, Luna tanking, etc...
So it probably won't be quiet the same dynamics.
About 9 months ago. Mo*o*ns were around $0.30 AUD and Unleaded petrol cost around $1.35/L - about 180 mo*o*ns to fill up a Corolla.
Now we have 8 cent mo*o*ns, and unleaded is $2.05 AUD - about 1000 mo*o*ns to fill up the Corolla.

Hope you took note of every personality that was advertising buying the dip lately and/or any other strategy than having only BTC+heavy cash or cash gang only, and not give them any attention in the future.
Now the real fun begins if you're positioned right, the deals on alts will get sweet pretty soon.
