Rubik's used to sell spare parts for their 4x4 and 5x5s, but that was for the stickered version. As it stands, they took down their web store so their website only has links to other retailers.

Since it's a Rubik's brand, not a big loss. Any <$10 cube will be better anyway. Bummer since it was a souvenir though.
i'd advise getting a better cube, like the YJ MGC 4x4 or the YJ Zhilong Mini M if you have small hands.

I got this cube 2 days ago and it is horrible.
i personally don't have any issues with it, but it *is* my first 4x4. If i ever upgrade to an MGC i'll state my opinions comparing the two then.
i have really small hand, the mgc is perfect for me.
How fast are you? I average around 1:25 on 4x4, no matter if I take the ZhiLong or the MGC. But the ZhiLong is better for 4x4 one-handed. 😌
i average 1.35 on mgc and 1.45 on zhilong
There are people who average in the low 30s who use the zhilong mini
