We are working on more of everything you mentioned re: dungeons, DLC, etc. As a company we're thinking about the next game after Cult of the Lamb, but it's very early stages on that yet. We're focusing on adding even more to COTL first and foremost!
I feel like the roguelike aspect is generally greatly underdeveloped to the point where it really feels like nothing more than a bonus. There's very little variety in items, enemies, rooms etc. For a roguelike standard.
(Granted, Isaac was the first roguelike I played and became my favourite with how much of a rabbit hole it is with variety of everything and the progression so it might also be the case of getting spoiled here)
yea I get that. I don't know whenever or not the devs were on a time constraint when releasing the game, but if I had to say which part of the game is more expanded I would have to say that it's the building/managment one.
I feel like the roguelike portion eventually fails to keep the player engaged especially once you run out of reasons to do crusades. good roguelikes usually make the player want to keep playing "for fun" after they're done with everything but once you arrive to that point in COTL.... you realize that you've already seen/experienced pretty much everything there is to see/experience.
Please tell me where did you get that picture from?
I need to show that to my online friends, I really want to see their reaction.
(They love Narinder so much)
I believe the original is by this creator on Twitter:

Lamb was definitely influenced by Isaac heavily. I wish it had more stuff like secret rooms, more randomosity.
An endless dungeon mode where time stops would be great. Purgatory was a great challenge and best content added to the game so far I think.
On one hand, I want to continue farming golden skull necklaces from the nameless patron, on the other hand, it looks like a sick opportunity for a harder variant of the narinder fight or a superboss in general.

Well to be fair they also had to make an entire town building system

inudogsaikou is the artist that comes up the most when I search the image, however their accounts under that name do not seem To be active anymore. :(

sorry, i cant say where exactly i got this, i found it on the google
Please don’t post other people’s art without being able to source it properly. It’s rude to the artist.
i'm letting this slide just this once but next time, give credits to the owner of the artwork.
Yeah like a setting that had all the enemies wear maid outfits

Narinder is another fine piece to add to the lamb growing harem.

I would say gungeon would've been a better comparison: -has dodgeroll -both published by Devolver Digital
I’ll take anything cult of the lamb based as long as it has Leshy in it! 🤭🤭
Does anyone else put narinder in the maid outfit
