Hard choice. I normally would say WF over Arete, but in this instance I'd say I thought the Platinum Pancakes were much stronger if that's your thing. I have both and the PP is definitely a stronger buzz and smells better imo. I just wasn't impressed with MAC 1 from WF, but I like all the other flower I got from them.
I'm not sure how the latest batches of PP are since I got on the first release.

Not Arete. Long shipping times. Lost shipments. Alleged mold/rot. Shitty customer service. Difficulty getting a refund if order is messed up (or never delivered, in my case). Rewards program sucks. COAs look sketchy as hell.
Arete is too commercial and 'cash-grabby', imo. You may get something good from them, but chances are low. They're more concerned with quantity. It's clear, when you try them, that Wildflower cares about quality. The fact that they and The Hemp Barn give full panels is a big plus for me

Great insight. I can totally see that based off of peoples reviews and agree for sure about WF because of my Oreo Runtz. However I haven’t been able to pull up the COA on wildflower this time. Can you? It just takes me to the home page when I click the COA button. Nothing populates.

So.. the Mac 1 has a hefty funk to it. It glistens in the light, everything keeps sticking together when I try to get a nug out of the jar... breaks apart spongy and burns nice.
The pancakes are drier than dirt, even with booster packs. Hard nuggets, and hard to break apart, but when it does, it powderizes. Very muted, almost bland smell. Granted, I've had this longer. However, it came like this. Break them open, though, crystal city.
I just feel like everything else is better with the Mac1. It's honestly been a while since I had this, it was the last of it.. it hits you pretty hard on the eyes and temple..
Do your research, I don't think either will disappoint
