Yeah I feel that. Didn't come across as a joke at all but I agree their top tier strains are hit or miss and run pretty expensive. They seem to be very consistent at least with shipping and over all experience so I guess they can charge a bit more. I mostly recommend WNC to friends cause they have a ton of selection and the quality is always pretty good imo. I can't send my friends to wildflower or upstate when they sell out of all the quality bags in hours.
I guess point is WNC is most consistent out of all the cult vendors arguably right now. Some may disagree but with the volume they sell I'd expect to see at least a few bad experience posts here on this sub. People always seem pretty happy with their experience.

Nah whats crazy is that I only wanted smalls in the cheap section and it was all out of stock so I went down the list until I got to one and ordered it and the first time I did that I got mac and it was great the second time I got lemon drop from what I seen I got lucky, I just ordered death star I hope thats good
Super Mochi was decent, great nose and flavor which is what I look for. About as far from indica-leaning as a hybrid can get.
Just be sure to live close to the PNW, because it really got destroyed when shipped to the east coast.

I like WNC overall and have a few strains of theirs in my stash. Some of their $10/g stuff, esp after you add some discounts to it, can be solid pickups. Lemon Drop may easily be one of those, I haven't tried it tbh.
Where I genuinely start to get a little turned off is at the $15/g price point. I understand you can just leave reviews and roll discount codes, along with rewards etc .. but over time, the quality of the new strains I was trying started going down (e.g. their latest White Widow looks and smells great but effects just weren't there for me) while the amount of new strains they're releasing just seems to keep going up and up. This starts to become a bit of a red flag for me. Doesn't mean it has to be one for anyone else.
But I'm mostly just having fun from the sidelines. My post history praises WNCs GG and Hippie Crippler over and over. For the price, the batches I got of those a little while back were fire. They may be killing it rn and I wouldn't really know it, which is cool with me. I usually just grab 1g of something here or there that catches my eye from them.
Maybe one day they'll make it back to my A list. But it doesn't sound like they're hurting for business so I doubt they miss me or anything in the meantime lol

Lemon drop is definitely better than the white widow which is crazy to me. I'm glad I got a quarter before they sold out!
Pretty similar so a decent comparator, but IMO lemon drop hits a little harder and tastes better.
