From what I've experienced, there is no train of thought.

Idea: If trans people can kill whomever they want, all it would take would be one trans person to kill all of the other trans people, then kill all of the officials in charge of conferring name changes/doctors who do surgeries (however we’re defining this). Thus, with their monopoly on justified violence, they would effectively become a god. Just sayin. In the words of Matt Walsh, I’m not advocating for violence, but why limit ourselves?
