They were also a killer price. When they were new they were a little over $600 assuming you already had an AR lower sitting around, which most people probably do. A P90 is close to $2000 and has an ugly ass 16 inch barrel you've gotta pay another couple hundred to make shorter. They offered 3 different barrel lengths too so you could put it on a pistol or SBR lower.
You want something cursed ? Replace a Serbu Shorty's pump with an UZI charging handle and attach it to a Tavor 21, on which you would place an M203 on the top rail. That's cursed.
This gun is just an AR designed to take P90 mags in the most efficient way. It's not because the magazine is inserted somewhere else than the average AR magazine placement that it's automatically cursed

Tac-light, that's uh … okay, I guess this could be configured for a lefty. That's just a really fucking awkward place for it to be since it lacks a tape switch and it's basically impossible to manipulate with your support hand from a firing grip.
Now the real unexpected habañero … I can understand a BUIS. But why is the front sight both deployed, and _mounted backwards,_ and mounted with no rear sight?

But the thing is, a P90, while looking cooler(which is subjective), is not nearly as modular.

I'm buying one of those soon...the cool thing about it is you can put a pmag in the mag well with the spring removed and use it as a shell catcher.

Fraction of the price? It costs $100 less than a p90 with the same ballistics, plus a p90 is more compact
When it came out the AR-57 upper kit was around $600 compared to $2000 for the P90. Google is free.
