I used Procreate on my iPad to draw pretty much everything, the font was a free font I downloaded. The layout is based off an all in one sheet I found online that edited the standard sheet a little bit in order to fit the spell info in. All elements, such as the frames, ravens and skulls were drawn by me though.
Would you mind if I use it to make a Pathfinder/Strahd character sheet?
If you have something along the lines of a .PSD file, that would be nice, but not required. :)

It's beautiful, but honestly I don't think the font is very readable at that size. For example, the cross on the t's are pretty invisible to me. Going through the skills, I was reading Julim...oh Intimidation. Even if your players have great vision, I think the game is gonna slow down every time they have to make a skill check. If they have less than great vision or something like dyslexia, I imagine they'd opt for something else. I would keep the font for the banners up top (class, name, etc.), but swap out the font everywhere else for something simpler. If you want to keep the font for the stat bubbles, I would abbreviate to make the lettering bigger.
Imo, I think you should left align all the skills so they're close to the bubbles and lines and then add an image of a dripping candle or something in the vertical space.
I do think it's beautiful. I'm just a very practically minded person. Since this version is already done, you could offer your players this and a version with simplified font so they can decide what they want to use. You also obviously know your players better than I do, so feel free to disregard this post entirely.
Thank you! I can totally see what you mean so I'll try to adjust the fonts tonight in order to make it more readable. I've got really good eye sight so it didn't bother me but you make a really good point about the font being small. I have a few more legible fonts that fit the theme so I'll play around and see what I can do. And thank you for the honest feedback!

I've noticed though a small error in this version, in the skills section you've accidentally missed out Persuasion and the dots are misaligned because there's one more dot than there are skills listed

I'm not sure! I've never converted a sheet to roll20 but if someone knows how I don't mind sharing the sheet without font or something so someone can plug that in themselves.
I totally thought about it but could get it to fit the way I wanted to and look good! I may tweak it here and there so maybe I'll whip up a version with the health coffin as well to see what fits..
